Received the rating email before goods have arrived!
For the cost of the delivery! It takes far too long. I could have bought elsewhere and had next day for the same amount or less. I’ve had to buy hair products whilst I wait! Wouldn’t buy again for that reason.

the product was not in stock, it was not listed on the site, I bought it and they did not refund the full amount, I will never buy from here again !!!!!!!

Very quick delivery and very good communication. Didn't have the number I requested due to a high demand of the product required but sent me what they had in stock, which was 50 per cent of what I ordered, telephoned me to let me know and processed the balance refund immediately. Really impressed with their customer service. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

The company advised there was a problem with their IT and the order was therefore slightly delayed. The order came within a couple of days so no issue.

The name and rail shampoo and conditioner is wonderful. I contacted the company via their link twice regarding a problem after 3 weeks I am still awaiting a response.

The items were OK, but it's very unsatisfactory to be charging customers excessive fees for shipping even small items. There's gotta be a better way to do business in 2023!

No update on order and it has been more than 4 working days.

Did not deliver full otder despite documents in order saying it was all there. Charged me for full order...no response to my email. When I called they clearly knew the order was not complete but still charged me and had not bothered to inform me in any wY

My order came on the day i wanted it to as I requested but i didn’t receive any mail telling me if it was coming on that day or not. I don’t know if I’m making sense? I expected it on the day it came but I wasn’t notified it was coming that day.

I received my order with one item missing . Trying to contact the company was difficult .I sent a few emails , but they were unable to be delivered . I also sent them a couple of messages on their website , but no response . Finally I contacted Shopify and I then received an email from Perry Barr Cosmetics saying that I had been given a refund for the missing item .I will check and see if this is so .
The goods that I did receive were fine , packed well and delivered quickly .However Customer Services leaves a lot to be desired.
