Thank you for your feedback. I reviewed your order and noticed that management issued you a full resolution with regards to this as goodwill. The description of the item stated what was included in the set. We have many ornaments in our photos and it does not mean that it is included in the gift set. I would like to reiternate that the item description stated exactly how many cups and saucers you would receive and included a full photo of what is inside the gift set. Other ornaments in the photo are only for style arrangements.

Braslet
First they sent wrong item but later after connection to the customer service they sent right item but not need to return first item. Thanks them for this.
In a result I ordered from Finland and payed two times taxes because of this mistake.
But item, which I ordered is in good quality.

Amazing online shop
I love Persis Collection and shop with them regularly. I have found gifts, furnishings and also many things I needed for Nouruz, Yalda and my wedding. They have such an incredible array of gifts and decor all handicrafts from Iranian makers. Their delivery is always very prompt sometimes delivering personally!
