I was contacted by Aleem Akbar and Suzanne Patel about job opportunities. After responding and showing interest, I heard nothing back. I followed up. Still nothing.

That’s not an oversight. That’s a lack of basic professionalism.

If you’re not serious about roles, don’t approach people. If feedback or follow-up isn’t going to happen, be clear upfront. Ghosting candidates wastes time, shows disrespect, and reflects badly on how this organisation operates.

If this is how people are treated during the application stage, it says a lot about the wider culture. Poor communication. Poor customer service. I won’t be using or working with this organisation again.
