My experience was very good. Donna was very professional and supportive throughout the process.

Over the last seven months, Pertemps Banbury have provided me with truly outstanding support. Every member of the team I have spoken with has been warm, welcoming & following my redundancy, genuinely compassionate & understanding. Their professionalism is second to none.

I would especially like to recognise Crissy, whose commitment, communication & clear understanding of my requirements have been exemplary. She worked tirelessly to identify the right opportunity for me & was able to secure a new role for me incredibly quickly.

I am deeply grateful for everything she has done—not only in what is an exceptionally challenging job market but also within the very short time she has known me & my circumstances. She continues to check in regularly to see how I am doing & if there is anything I need, which speaks volumes about her dedication & care.

Hannah for the Northampton branch was very helpful. She got me an interview quickly and kept me up to date. She motivated me and helped me to understand my strengths and how to show them off in a way that the interviewers would like. Within a couple of weeks of registration I got an interview and a new job soon after that. All in all I highly recommend Pertemps!

It would be good if they actually paid workers,
Breaching their own contracts and breaching uk pay directives
Absolutely no communication within pertemps, I have repeated myself to them.maybe around 25 times now.
Massively inconvenience to myself and not even an apology and still waiting on wages since December this is now 19th January

Worked out of Royal Mail Hatfield for 6 weeks every payslip was wrong, hours missing and pay missing, different pay rates promised when started work and when I got paid lower rates, agency reluctant to send payslips for over 4 weeks!
Have solid evidence to prove this!!!
Avoid working for this agency!!!

Had a really good experience with Pertemps up until the very end of the recruitment process. The team were helpful and proactive, securing me an interview quickly, offering interview advice the day before, and even calling on the morning of my interview to check in.

After the interview I had a positive and encouraging discussion, and I felt supported throughout what can be a stressful process.

Unfortunately, after that I received no further update despite contacting both the recruitment consultant and branch manager multiple times. It has now been four weeks since my interview, so I have assumed I was unsuccessful.

This is obviously disappointing, particularly due to the lack of communication, but I do want to recognise the support provided earlier in the process, hence the 3-star rating.

I've been mainly working for Pertemps for a couple of years and never really had any issue from their Swindon and Reading branches.
Always got me a good amount of work and paid on time for what i did.

Communication was incredible, staff really go out of their way to get you seen by employers. Got a job really quickly thanks to them.

Hannah Steward delivered the best customer service I have probably ever experienced, she made sure that the whole process from sending the CV to getting the job was smooth. On my first day on the new job I have received a congratulations gift, with sweets, calendar, pens, mugs and loads of office supplies. Definitely recommend Pertemps if you are looking to land a good position!
