I ordered 3 litter mats from 365.pets. Never got a confirmation e-mail. I looked at their facts page and they try to say I may have made a mistake when typing my e-mail. Wrong! They sent an e-mail that ended up in spam asking me to subcribe to their site. I've sent 2 e-mail asking when I could expect my order and have heard nothing in return. It's been 10 days and nothing from them. No order and no response.

Cheap food prices but Stupid, stupid, stupid delivery costs.

ordered a dog collar 10 days ago, no sign of it, order status says order received. sent 2 messages whixh have been completely ignored. no phone no to contact them, i wonder why! and they have the cheek to charge postage. so frustrating but think i will just have to 'write it off' and put it to experience. a lesson learnt, dont buy from pet 365. suspicious that there is no contact phone no!!!

Really pleased with my dog beds. Spotted them in my local garden centre but totally OTT mark up. Searched the web and Pet 365 offered the best price for great quality bedding. Well packaged and fast delivery too. Excellent service and communication. Would reccommend and definitely use again!!

I bought a Hamish McBeth knitted jumper for my JRT x Collie, Tilly (pictured). I was so impressed with by Pet365's prompt service and the quality of the jumper, which is made of pure wool, that I bought another!

Da ich aus Deutschland bestelle, hatte ich mir die Abwicklung komplizierter vorgestellt, aber die persönliche Betreuung und Beratung war ausgezeichnet und seit gestern sind die Mäntel bei uns und passen perfekt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Bought dog coat for my cocker spaniel. Also bought one last year for my other dog. Both coats are fabulous. Well cut, so no need to buy larger size than is needed. Really good quality. Cannot find any fault anywhere with this company or their products. I am a returning customer, and recommend them to anyone who has a dog and needs a good thermal/waterproof/dog coat, Very smart, looks expensive without being beyond one's purse.

I recently bought Hamish McBeth dog collars for all three of my cocker spaniels. The service was excellent - very fast delivery, and several email updates advising me where the order was up to. The collars look great and are good quality, and I liked the handy little bag which came with them!

I ordered a leather dog collar which I received within 3 days unfortunately it was too big but Pet365 refunded me within 24 hours of its return. Will order again from them

Got the size of the dog collar wrong, pet365 very quick and understanding to get a replacement back to me very quickly. (still waiting for the dog tag that I'm sure will arrive very promptly).
