I’ve been going to Peter Marks in Bray for over 30 years. That says it all!
Staff are always friendly. Especially Jodi.. and Joe is second to none!

I always get a great friendly welcome, and nothing is too much trouble.
Im never kept waiting, and always offered a lovely cuppa and great mags to read.
Claire does my hair exactly the way i like it, and always listens to giving endless instructions. She is very patient. I would highly recommend her to my friends.

I had accidentally booked the for the wrong date but they were thankfully able to fit me in anyway. Chloe May listened to me and checked in constantly to make sure that she was giving me the haircut I wanted. 10/10 couldn’t be happier with the service I received

Called into Castlebar Salon today n asked for cut n blowdry. Receptionist gave me 12 noon appt. I went back for 12 noon, taken for wash by pleasant lady who did lovely wash n scalp massage n offered me tea/coffee. My stylist came n proceeded to dry my hair, I said I was having it cut but she said no, it was blowdry only n she hadn't time for cut. She did ask Receptionist to confirm what was booked n was told it was blowdry only. I was extremely disappointed. Stylist did apologise but Receptionist did not, even when I was paying her on completion of blow dry. I just thought she displayed poor communication/people skills. Don't think I'd b interested in returning there after my experience.

I attended an appt at Wexford branch last Tuesday. What a disappointing experience! The 'stylist' made no effort & I had to keep prompting her to keep cutting or she would have made about 8 snips with her scissors & left it at that. In fact I think I counted about 15 scissor strokes in total, by my calculation I paid €4 per snip. Then she asked if I wanted spray or serum to finish, I said serum, as my hair is very fine, she walked away (I thought to get serum) came back 10 seconds later & whipped the cape off, indicating she was done. I was in & out in 45mins & 15 of those were me spinning on the swivel chair waiting for my stylist. There were 4 stylists on lunch & 1 other customer in the store. So it wasn't like they were busy. The last hair cut I had I was in there for 90 mins & I came out feeling amazing. This was NOT that. I wouldn't recommend this franchise to anyone, in fact if u want a pampering experience AVOID.

As with all my visits the care and attention was second to none. The staff are amazing and I always leave looking and feeling like a new woman. Deborah is so kind.5

Five star treatment again at Peter Mark in Carlow. Jimmy did a great job. Always very friendly staff at front of house too.

The day before, I had my hair done at a different Peter Mark salon and was really disappointed. I had asked for a blonde balayage, but my hair turned out very orange and yellow. I was so upset, and because the original salon was closed for the bank holiday, I rang the Level 1 salon at The Square to see if there was anything they could do.

From the moment I called, the staff were so kind and reassuring. They told me to come in and that they would look after me, and they absolutely did.

I was introduced to Connie, and she is honestly the loveliest hairdresser I have ever met. She was so genuine, caring, and understanding, and she took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. She completely transformed my hair, and I have never been happier with it. I walked out with the biggest smile on my face and have never felt more confident.

Connie is incredibly talented and such a genuinely kind person. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, and I honestly can’t thank her enough. She deserves the world for the care she puts into her clients and the amazing work she does.

Thank you so much to Connie and everyone at Peter Mark Level 1, The Square. I’ll definitely be back!

Alison is great always listens to what I want she does a great job on my hair I always walk out feeling amazing.
