From start to finish i was treated really well. Emma put on colour and rinsed, the best wash and conditioner I had in ages, it was a massage, Fab!

Great staff in Letterkenny store. Always helpful and accommodating. Lots of experienced stylists for colour and staff who do fantastic blow drys. Ladies on reception brilliant. 4 stars as the chairs at wash basins are in serious need of replacement - some are ripped and loose fitting, lets Peter Mark brand down to see this when the staff are so good at their job

Ruth, as always, was excellent! As well as being a fantastic hairdresser, she’s a truly lovely person to deal & chat with. Shauna, who looked after me at the basin, was also a pleasure to deal with. As always all the reception staff were friendly & professional.

Anna does my hair exactly the way I love it (bright highlights but nicely broken up). It's taken me years to find somewhere that just "gets it" when I describe what I want, and she's lovely to deal with too. Although I find it more expensive than other salons, they never try to push any unnecessary extras which is great.

I was seen to at my appointment. I was offered a coffee, while my color was prepared. My color stylist discussed all my options before starting. Very relaxing experience.
