After driving by Peters Billiards for years, I finally had a reason to stop in and purchase bar stools for my kitchen!
I have a few home improvement projects (kitchen, family room, bathroom remodels, etc.) going on simultaneously and bit off more than I can chew, as everything that can go wrong has gone wrong!
The only thing that was seamless and has gone smoothly was my dealing with Peters Billiards. The people that I worked with at Peters were so attentive, knowledgeable and professional! My five custom bar stools arrived two weeks ahead of schedule and were promptly delivered by two friendly gents. The high quality stools are very comfortable and look great in my kitchen!
This emailed review request is the first and only follow-up I've received regarding Peters Billiards since my January delivery. Having been in sales and marketing roles my entire career, I consider the lack of follow-up with a simple thank you note a missed opportunity for Peters to encourage further purchases by me and referrals to family and friends.

I saw an air hockey table online and called to confirm they had one in stock. Luckily, they were able to schedule delivery in just a few days. The installation team was friendly and accommodating too.

We ordered a liquor/wine cabinet and were absolutely thrilled with the customer service that we received. The ease of communication exceeded my expectations. A person always answered the phone-no recordings. They were always efficient in tracking the order and following through with what they promised. We ordered it in the middle of the Covid crisis and the cabinet order process went smoothly. The delivery men were very competent as well as a follow-up service call. We had such a positive experience with Peter's Billiards that we look forward to making future purchases there.

Asked for warranty replacement table 8 weeks ago and still have not heard back on the status. I called and they said not sure where it is at. It only takes a phone call to the manufacture.

I worked with Krista Peterson for everything. She was honest, polite and professional to work with. I had demands that some companies/people get uncomfortable with, but she did great. The only negative is the so called white glove service. When the game was delivered and installed no one checked to ensure it worked properly. Then a few days later one part broke and took a while to service. They had to get the part from the manufacturer, which took time which is out of their control. Overall, dry satisfied.

The lady that helped us pick out our game table was very helpful very professional and did a great job you delivered 100% of what we expected and it was great thank you very much

We had a totally excellent experience at Peters--as always. Very helpful, patient, and kind sales person. Absolutely love the 4 bar stools that we purchased. We will return in the future. Five stars!!!

I had excellent and friendly service in store while I shopped. No pressure was put on me and they gave great suggestions and info all the while giving me plenty of space to wander. Installation was quick (just over an hour) and professional. I am very happy with my pool table! The only reason I docked a star is that one of the two men who delivered and installed the table spent much of the time not wearing his mask (this being during a COVID surge). I’m not particularly at risk and they were otherwise great but that isn’t the best look. Regardless, highly recommended.

Thank you. We love our new threater chairs. Took a awhile to get them but worth the wait. Jeff our sales person was very friendly and helpful. The delivery scheduler was quick to get us the chairs when they did arrive and delivery guys were friendly and did a great job getting the chairs in the exact spot where I wanted them. Delivery guys were excellent too. On time and they removed their shoes!
