Får erbjudanden i mail...men får man inte det som redan är beställt så beställer man ju inte mer!

Vill du uppleva ett företag som har noll service och där kundperspektivet och kommunikationen näst intill obefintlig är detta företaget för dig! Det är inte ofta man stöter på ett sånt trött engagemang hos kundservice som i detta företag.

Efter en månads väntetid fortfarande ingen leverans

False advertisement. Advertize FREE PUPPY, then wants 150. adoption fee. To those not able to contact.

She responded about the puppy in about 4 days. Then asked why I complained about 150. fee.9

Scam site, somebody please teach these scamsters a lesson. Products will be charged but will not arrive

I ordered a animal travel bag in august 2022 and another in oct 2022. The money has been charged on the account and i never received the bags. let alone the second bag I didn't even get the confirmation email. Ive written numerous email with no response and like other customers says there is no phone or anyway to reach them. This is total FRAUD. i ordered the same bag from Harrods and had them the next day. don't ever use this site.

I had contact with the customer service once in regards to the delivery service they use. They have been incredibly friendly and helpful.

I too ordered a large pet bed on 24 August 2020.
All e mails undeliverable, contact phone not recognised.
Who can I contact to investigate or highlight.

Ordered large pet bed on 25 / 8/ 20 have sent about ten emails to petstore about my dogbed and heard nothing from them .there is no contact number to call them on.customer service is a joke i will not buy anything again from them .if anybody has an other email address or phone number to contact them could you put it thanks

Wont cancel an order just hours after it was put in, even though it wont be shipped for another day or two.

I bought a warm fleece lined coat for my whippet, excellent product, just what I'd hoped for. Speedy delivery,in spite of the snow, plus the added bonus of free delivery. Thank you.
