Always super prompt service.
I came with an idea, we discussed the creative back and forth a bit and within 10 days we had a beautiful bespoke trophy.

Always committed to helping us improve our supply of promotional items and never late with a response.

David and his team are great, required this to be rushed through, the team pulled out the stops and we had our marketing material for our conference. Thank you Team.

Positives: The communication with us was good, the items were mostly of good quality, reasonable turnaround, reasonably priced, good choice of items (including different finishes and colours etc), hoodies and t-shirts look and feel good quality.

Negatives: It was clear that some of our items had not been quality checked before being sent out to us as our logo came out the wrong colour which we had specifically warned PG Branding had happened to us before and we wanted to avoid. This issue was dealt with relatively quickly and easily (they sent replacements which were the right colour within a month) but should not have happened if there was appropriate quality checks in place.

Furthermore, our logo on the pens wore off after very little use. When we raised this issue, we felt our concern was not adequately addressed - I almost think they didn't believe us. Would not recommend the matte recycled pens for this reason.

We were also not informed when ordering hoodies that some of the sizes we ordered were not available for that item and were sent the size above instead.

There was some confusion over the items being sent. We had to wait for some items to come back into stock to receive them which was weeks after the other items arrived, but were not informed of this and had to ask for this to be clarified.

We have used PG Branding for the last 2 years and their service and efficiency is second to none.
Our Account Manager Darren and all the team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic Service
A chap called Dylan helped me with some embroidery work! Professional and provided some really good design work prior to work being completed. Really happy with the outcome and quality of work. Will definitely recommended to my business network. Thanks again!

The team helped us get some notebooks, last minute. From order to collection in pretty much 2 working days.

Can’t not give them a 3 star review. Fabulous experience which dropped dramatically from 5 to 1 when our Account Manager changed. Always consistent and solid but when Nicole took over our order and initially enthusiastic failed to deliver. Unsurprisingly removed the business to multiple suppliers afterwards who could do what they said on the tin. Shame really as otherwise was happy and probably wouldn’t have moved.

Super friendly staff and such great efficiency!

Dylan came and showed us some products for a show we was exhibiting. Came up with some great ideas for us to use on the stand. Would highly recommend and will look to use Dylan and the services he provides going forward.

What more do you need in a supplier.

Five and a half years I've been working with PG Branding, and each year they have dominated our marketing material purchasing because of their great knowledge, support, product quality and of course price points.

I hope I don't get Chris in trouble, but I must have got at least 10 quotes off of him in the last two weeks (all returned very promptly at competitive rates), on my eleventh quote today, he said he'd get a quote but also recommend a supplier who actually produces what we wanted!

It's examples like that from Chris, that place beyond doubt what is so good about PG Branding, they know how to build trust and nurture business relationships. From when I took up my current role almost six years ago PG Branding is one of two suppliers I still use who were there on my first day. Let that fact do the talking. The service provide by PG Branding has been impeccable over the past 12 months, culminating in a large number of branded items provided for our recent company roadshow. Whatever the project, large or small, and despite the number of changes from our side, the quality and service remains the same and is ever flexible to suit our needs. The personal followup is ever appreciated and personally, we wouldn't choose anyone else for our branding needs.

I contacted David at PG Branding as our supplier went bankrupt and had to decline our business, and we had an event coming up where we needed gift hampers with a specific budget and a quick turn around. David was amazing and provided spot on support. The gift hampers was great and he even managed to provide the branding that we needed!
