I would rather give 0 stars but it won’t let me do that. THIS IS THE MOST POORLY RUN COMPANY EVER!!! As a mother of a patient ordered light therapy 1 month ago, he still hasn’t started it. We didn’t get any treatment plan with the unit. I’ve called the dr they say call Phothera. I call them and the recording says go online. I go to the website and the AI Bob pops up every time without even tapping on it. This has been so frustrating to get any answers what so ever.

I received a phototherapy device after 6 weeks. One of the lamps had shattered in shipping. It has been impossible to get through their system to reach an actual person, to obtain a replacement

Got an email my unit was going to ship a month ago. No follow up. I have tried to reach them for 3 weeks with no response. You call and have to leave voicemails. I replied to their texts too. No follow up at all. At this point im not convinced anyone works for this company at all.

No customer service - takes forever to get the machine. No help at all.

Received the device in the mail. However the instruction manual is not useful on how to use the device. Unable to unlock the device fully. They give you an unlock code but not a dose code for the next question the unit wants an answer to. Customer service does not return calls and no other manuals have been available. Will be returning prior to having to pay for a treatment I am unable to use. The whole experience has been frustrating and disheartening when hoping for a treatment that might actually help with psoriasis.

Pros:Received phototherapy unit. Cons: almost impossible to reach customer service, no one tells you any instructions on how to use the unit, but charge your credit card and bill your insurance immediately. Should be reported for health insurance fraud. Had to call company for weeks and email everyone just to get a response in 2 weeks. Not safe for patients.
