Their product for hip therapy is bogus, and information on website is very misleading. It is nothing more than an expensive heating pad. There is no way there is any red light therapy happening. The company doesn't respond to emails, and they double charged me. Do not buy from them. They say there is luxury box for storage. Mine is a flimsy cardboard box. Instruction is only a half sheet of paper with an brief caution in several languages.

J'ai commandé le 8 décembre une ceinture infrarouge. A ce jour, je n'ai pas reçu ma commande ou remboursement. La compagnie m’a signalé qu'un problème technique s'était produit lors de ma commande et qu'ils me rembourserait dans un délai de 5 à 10 jours mais je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé malgré plusieurs mails de rappel. C'est un site frauduleux !!!
