If i could give zero stars I would!! I have been trying to change or cancel my policy for over a week due to trying to make changes to my current policy THAT THEY HAVE IGNORED. I have emailed 5 times with no response, I have called their help line 15 times no one ever answers the phone they make you hold for 15 minutes and then send you to an answering machine to leave a message that they never return. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! they debited my account for over $1200 in one month. the down payment was supposed to be $300 instead they charged me $775 and then 2 weeks later charged my account $409 when my policy was only supposed to be $212 a month. If I do not get my policy changed and my money back for being over charged I will go the legal route!!

What made this experience great was the customer service specialist, Brielle Banks. I have been trying to get form C-105.2 since mid-September for an insurance renewal for our business. I have reached out several times, via email, to your customer service as well as to Carly Wooldridge. I have yet to hear back from anyone. With a deadline of 11/13th, I decided to call Carly's number and specialist Brielle Banks picked up. Not only did she assist me in helping find the form, she stayed on the line with me to make sure I didn't have any further questions. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you again, Ms. Banks. It was a 1-2-3 process and yet it took months of waiting. Appreciated Carly's patience, they should all be like this.

This company should be investigated. They offer a low initial rate and then 'audit' your business with an unreasonable amount of requested data that has nothing to do with other insurance providers. Then, after their 'audit' they up your rate and debit your account without authorization. My account was recently cancelled due to 'risk profile'. My company's risk profile is above average with no claims. I am grateful for the cancelation as it resulted in me getting a better rate with a reliable insurer. And now they are sending me audit notices for years gone by. After canceling me they are trying to extract more money. This is a fraud!

Terrible practices, cancel a policy many days in advance and it was charged in the same way. I demand my refund. Those are terrible work practices.

The customer service person was absolutely awesome. It was so refreshing speaking with someone who wanted to take their time and help you. They helped me every step through things and went above and beyond!!! They made my day

Sales rep stated we go 40 feet on ladders. We never said that to her. That’s what she put on the application. We were told we would have an answer by 11am. Did not hear back from them at all.

Asrah W is AMAZING! I called a day prior and that receptionist wasn't aware that I can change the effective date without underwriting(Not timely and horrible communication). The insured was ready to bind once effective date changed and this took over 4 days UNTIL Asrah was able to help and secure this sale for me. She deserves a gift & raise!

I called Coterie thru Pie Insurance today to find out how much my renewal was going to cost me monthly bc I've not been given that info yet and I hit the jackpot with the amazing customer service rep that answered my call! She reminded me of my best friend rather than just some stranger working for an insurance company. I hope her boss sees this bc Quoquese J is doing her job plus going about 100 extra miles to ensure her customers satisfaction. I mean, I should've gotten her extension so I only deal with her from here on out. She impressed me BIG TIME in the 5 minutes we were on the phone. This woman is going places. She's amazing and knowledgeable and she really helped me out today!! Thank you Coterie for hiring Ki. She made my day that much better!!!

I was shopping for workers comp insurance and the people at pi worked with me and got me insured. I thank them and they did a great job and I'm going to enjoy doing business with them.

The representative was very attentive and understanding of our situation and wanted to help as much as possible

RMS has had a wonderful experience with PIE in a very stressful situation- an error with regards to the status of our WC insurance. Your employee, Chase Culley, with his personable attitude and out of the ordinary conscientious efforts made sure of following up with us and reassuring us every day until resolution. We have rarely experienced such sincerity of heart for one's job. We hope that PIE insurance recognizes Mr. Culley for his great attitude and service.
