Pilloway sends you an email 'reminder', to cancel it, 1-hour before they charge you USD37 for stickers.

Questionable business practice so watch out.

This company is dodgy. Purchased a pillow well over a month and a half ago. I have not received it. Apparently it is stuck in transit in Alexandria. Holly at first communicated with me about this issue and has now gone silent. I will pursue Australian Consumer Affairs if this does not get rectified with a full refund. Do not purchase from them.

This is a drop shipping company. Two seperate orders were lost in transit. The company was unable to provide accurate tracking, and promises of refunds have not been followed up on.

I've waited 3 months for my supposed two side sleeper pillows.... I have asked for a refund. Apparenty its 'still in transit'... I've looked at the tracking, its been sent all over the world. Now apparently in Sydney, at Alexandria, NSW. Im in Perth, WA. They said they needed to send it to be reviewed. SO, I've written back stating, that IF they followed their supposed tracking process, you could see where it was... Another week has passed, with no update..in their 'review'... I've asked for a refund. I will update this when its been done... 3 moths June to October... no pillows arrived!

I have now purchased two Snuggie body align pillows. AMAZING FOR PREGNANCY. Great for side sleepers with back/hip pain for a comfortable night long sleep. Perfect size to move from one side to the other in the middle of the night unlike most big bulky body pillows. Extremely soft and comforting to the touch for a great sensory experience. Loved that I still felt close to my partner while sleeping. AMAZING customer services with confirming order details. Please support this great company, I will be picking one up for each of my girlies for their pregnancy journeys.

Placed an order they sent me one pillow slip no pillow no other pillow slip after five emails. I made a comment on an ad on Facebook. They asked me for additional information then blocked me. I tried to contact them on Instagram completely ghosted do not purchase from them.

I ordered a pillow on the 25th of August, it was then sent to nsw and it stayed there. I contacted customer service and they claimed a new one would be sent. A week goes by, I hear nothing from them so I request a refund. They stated the refund would take 2-3 business days to be processed and I have yet to see my money be refunded. Don't buy anything from them.

I have a condition Ehlers Danlos Syndrome as well as others including Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Because of this my sleep is never very good as it’s very painful and difficult to get comfortable. I bought one of these pillows to try! It was excellent and I got a good nights sleep. I got another one and with the 2 - I would say my pain has halved. They are incredibly comfortable and not as expensive as some pillows I have bought. Love them!! The company is really good to deal with and delivery was fast!

No delivery received after 20days. No response on email. No tracking is worked. I can see I have been scammed. I thought it is an Australian company. So angry!!

Total scam - I purchased a pillow after seeing their ads on instagram and facebook. They have a .com.au website and everything suggested they were Australian based. They also advertise a 30 day money back guarantee. The pillow was shipped from China. Was terrible quality - not the same fabric as advertised. They did not respond to my emails asking for the money back guarantee. Avoid at all costs

This is not legitimate business. Do not order from them. I placed an order worth $100+ after receiving an ad for their pillows. They have since completely ghosted me.

The pillow is a delight to sleep with. It is soft and supportive. As I am a side sleeper, it supports my leg and arm. Would definitely recommend this pillow to other people.

Item took forever to arrive. Tracking number that doesn't work. Item comes from China. Pillow colour chosen was purple with an extra payment made for the same colour cooling pillowcase. Pillow arrived...no original cotton pillowcase, just the cooling one in GREY. Made a complaint, their employee Holly (who I don't think exists) arranged to send a replacement case. It was the palest of blues. Complained again, said the colours online do NOT even come close to the Item colour. Again got the whole "I'll pass this on to the fulfilment team" came back two weeks later to tell me ANOTHER case is on the way in PURPLE. It arrived yesterday after a month of waiting. It is the barest shade of lavender. SOOOO light. This whole thing has been going on for months. Don't do business with them. Save your money. You can get the same thing yourself from China at a fraction of the price. Never did receive the original cotton pillowcase. What a rip off.

Very cleverly packaged . Wasn't sure what to expect however this pillow is so comfortable. It's the correct thickness and size. It moulds beautifully to the body. Service and communication great.
Definitely highly reccomend this pillow
Delivery eas done with care

Wonderful customer service! I was contacted once I placed my order to make sure my delivery information was correct and was given great advice about using the pillow and how to maximise its potential to help me have a pain free nights sleep. I am really looking forward to receiving the pillow and hopefully being able to sleep through the night without having to toss and turn in pain every half an hour or so! Thanks again for the brilliant customer service and advice!

24/08/26 - Placed an order and paid.
28/08/26 - Received ‘dispatched and tracking code email. Tracking code worked, CN - AU.
14/09/26 - checked tracking link, response ‘website cannot be found’. Forwarded original email to admin@pilloway requesting an update on the order.
16/08/26 - received a response from ‘Holly’ advising unable to find an order under my email.
17/08/26 - responded to email with screenshots of order number, tracking number and payment. As of 1/10/26 no response to the email.
22/09/26 - email sent to support with screenshots requesting update. As of 1/10/26 still no response.
01/10/26 - have sent another email to admin@pilloway requesting an update and advising if response not received I will be contacting my bank to dispute the payment as fraudulent.

Customer service from this organisation is extremely poor. Would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company.

If you’re after comfort, this pillow definitely isn’t it! I waited weeks for it to arrive, only to be really disappointed. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money. 💰

I love my pillow, it is the first time I have woken up without a headach in a very long time. It really supports my neck and is very cooling and comfortable. However, when I ordered a second pillowcase I had some issues, these were efficiently rectified by Holly and I am very grateful. I have gone ahead and oredered the pillowcase again and know that I can rest assured that it will arrive. Thank you pilloway for being so kind and friendly.
