If you’re after comfort, this pillow definitely isn’t it! I waited weeks for it to arrive, only to be really disappointed. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money. 💰

I love my pillow, it is the first time I have woken up without a headach in a very long time. It really supports my neck and is very cooling and comfortable. However, when I ordered a second pillowcase I had some issues, these were efficiently rectified by Holly and I am very grateful. I have gone ahead and oredered the pillowcase again and know that I can rest assured that it will arrive. Thank you pilloway for being so kind and friendly.

I purchased the Snuggie Bodyline pillow. Found it comfortable to sleep with. Cover and pillow are cool to snuggle as advertised. Personally, I found the length a little short for even my short height of 5’2” however that’s just my preference.

I purchased the Snuggi pillow and the pillowcase because I needed help with getting comfortable after undergoing major abdominal surgery. I can say that it has helped.

Unfortunately there are a couple of things that need addressing. One - be aware that the colours on the website might not match up to what you receive. (I ordered the purple Snuggi and matching pillowcase, and what I received was lilac in colour.) Two - after undergoing a port-a-cath procedure the Snuggi ended up not being comfortable for me, which is unfortunate, because I was really enjoying my Snuggi prior to my procedure. But that is just my experience though.

Overall I loved the affordable cost of the Snuggi and the pillowcase. It didn't take too long to get here too, so that's a bonus.

My pillow has been extremely very comfortable after having 2 lung cancer operations, to assist with repositioning while sleeping.

UPDATE - bank has issued a chargeback in my favour thank goodness this nightmare is over!

I ordered a snuggi body pillow from pilloway.com.au and requested a cancellation and full refund within 30 minutes of placing my order. I didn't receive a response until two days later, when Holly advised that cancellation was no longer possible because my order had already been processed.

Pilloway's website states that Australian orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days with tracked shipping. My experience has been very different.

My order was shipped with a Sangzhou tracking number and the tracking shows it travelling from China to Australia. It reached Australia on 15 September, then showed “in transit to the shipping partner” on 23 September. I have now been waiting around three weeks and still haven't received the parcel or a usable Australian/local tracking number.
I've contacted Pilloway again and requested a refund, but this remains unresolved.

I also discovered that I had been signed up for an ongoing subscription purchase when a “free” item was added to my cart. I was not aware that accepting the free item meant signing up for an ongoing subscription as there was no information in the cart stating this would occur. Thankfully, I noticed this when I received an email about the subscription and was able to cancel it.

I also found that the PILLOWAY business name was only registered in Australia on 24 June 2026, yet the website claims 10,000+ reviews. Given how recently the business was registered, I find this difficult to reconcile, particularly alongside the other customer experiences reported here regarding delivery, tracking and refunds.

I've also noticed Pilloway responding to customers here claiming that there are replicated/scam websites impersonating Pilloway. Given that the business name itself was only registered in June 2026, I find this explanation difficult to assess and it has added to my concerns rather than reassuring me.

I'm posting this to warn other customers to do their research before ordering. The 3–8 business day delivery timeframe advertised on the website has clearly not been my experience, and I am still waiting for either my order or my refund.

I will update this review if the matter is resolved.

Took a month to deliver the pillow, had 2 shipping labels clearly drop shipped from china.

If I could do 0 stars, I would, because that's how much I received... 0, nothing, nudda. What I did receive was an avalanche of marketing emails.
DO NOT purchase from Pilloway. False advertising. No products.

Was sick of pillows where you felt like nothing was their so i bought pilloway. After one sleep i noticed i slept better and more comfortably. Happy with my purchase

Still awaiting delivery of my item. It's, allegedly, in NSW. Wish I'd read the reviews first! Do not buy from this company. They keep telling me it's in transit!

Scam. Products were never delivered even though I was bombed with emails confirming delivery 10 days after couriers dropped them at a post office. We have no postal delivery service in my area for starters and tracking shows delivery to 2 different suburbs. Multiple attempts to contact supplier have been ignored.

Overpriced for drop shipping from China. You are better off sourcing directly and cutting out pillowway as they are completely unnecessary. Their website is also full of deceptive advertising and claim fast delivery. Do not waste your money on express as it takes a month for your package to arrive anyway. Not there advertised fast delivery window. All around a terrible experience of being scammed by an Australian company. Avoid shopping with them! I also don't trust that they are not doctoring reviews on their website.

Total SCAM !!! Waited over a month pillow never arrived . Emailed and got a refund . Do not purchase it never arrives !!!!

I ordered 2 pillows and 2 cases on the 10 August 2026 . The tracking no doesnt work in Australia. I have emailed Piloway numerous times and all I get from Holly is there still in transit. They sat in Sydney at one place for 20 so days .
After I contacted Pilloway it seems to have moved to another her place in Sydney . As I paid good money for these pillows I need them to be delivered
My daughter ordered hers 1 day after me n has had hers for about 4 weeks now and NO show of mine.
Something real bad has to happen with this Company as so many people have been SCAMMED

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. I ordered on 25/08, I am still yet to receive my pillow. I have requested immediate cancellation and now working with my bank to cancel this order as the company have not fulfilled my request. They ship this item from china, not with Aus post like it states. Express shipping? What’s that? The only courier information I have received is from a China courier and now it says my shipping has expired as delivery times have been too long. The company have at least refunded me for the express shipping side of things, but this is not made in Australia, and although the company might be Australian, the product is not.

I was sceptical at first but I can honestly say I am getting the best nights sleep.

Do not purchase. Total scam. I ordered mine almost 4 weeks ago. Lost in transit. When they emailed me saying I can have a replacement or refund. I stupidly opted for replacement 4 days ago. Since then nothing. No replacement dispatch email or confirmation. I just want a refund now. Absolutely disgusting company

I never received my order and no refund

Extremely disappointed. My pillow is allegedly sitting in South Australia, it has been there since the 3rd September. The initial purchase was on 21st August. Item arrived in Victoria on the 1st September, then transited to Sydney NSW (same state as me) only to be sent to South Australia where it has sat still. The emails from Holly at the company are hardly worth the time taken to write all she is doing is blaming the Delivery People. I will be chasing a refund as I am far from impressed
