Excellent
The service is excellent. When there is a problem, you get through to an advisor within a few minutes and a ticket is raised, and any issues are usually resolved quickly. On the odd occasion it may take a couple of hours, but their communication is excellent about the status of any issue.

Great service
Pink Connect did a great job in sorting out my transition to Microsoft 365 backed up all my old emails and added new software.
If I ever need advice on every day IT issues they are on hand to sort them out while other companies are painful to get to the right people .

Pink Connect Watford save the day!
I have a mobile contract with EE through Pink Connect (Watford). Why? Because I know David Cameron, who heads it up, well. We have been attending the same business group. Prices are good as David tailor makes any search for best packages and the support is gold star. If you have a problem and put a call in, David or a member of his Pink Connect team will answer your call quickly and in person. No automated gismos, or left hanging on the phone as companies are not up to strength due to Covid-19. Your call is answered and a solution found quickly. In this instance, I mis-placed my mobile phone,a first. It is packed solid with information and dates, contacts etc. Inside its sleeve was my debit card! Contacted the bank to stop the card. Resulted in a sleepless night until I made contact first thing next morning with David whose team tracked and traced my mobile and it was safely found an hour later. All still as was. I now also know how to trace my mobile through Google should I ever be so hapless again! If I ever have trouble with our mobiles at home or overseas, one call to David Cameron and the solution is found. Great company. Faultless service. Highly recommend.
