We are extremely disappointed with our experience using Pinnacle Surveyors.

We paid £530 for a mortgage valuation and were left feeling that the service did not represent good value. The inspection itself appeared to take only around 13 minutes, which gave us very little confidence that the property had been thoroughly assessed.

Following the valuation, we provided additional comparable evidence and asked for the valuation to be reviewed. Despite this, we felt there was little willingness to properly consider the information supplied, and the valuation remained unchanged.

To add to our frustration, a property just five doors away from ours was listed for £520,000 shortly afterwards, despite having a smaller footprint than our property. While we appreciate that asking prices are not the same as sold prices, it only reinforced our concerns that our property had been undervalued.

Our frustration is not simply with the valuation figure itself—it’s with the level of service we received, the lack of confidence the inspection inspired, and the feeling that the review process was little more than a formality.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, we chose not to proceed with our mortgage application

The central customer service was great, however my actual report was a little light on detail (ie when mentioning damp there were no actual meter reading) and there were no photos of any of the findings.

Every now and then, dealing with a business representstives makes me feel happy and at ease. This was one of them. Their professional admin handling and even more professional staff, made the whole surveying experience as simple as it should be. Highly recommended.

The surveyor was extremely professional and polite. I was provided with the property valuation within 2 days of the visit, which is a very fast turn around. The survey report provided was detailed and covered all requirements. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service provided.

Super easy to deal with, very friendly and really really efficient. Great job and will 110% use again if needed and recommend.

The actual Survey was very thorough no complaints.
Actually get a booking was a nightmare, then to get cancelled on the day and put back another 2 weeks was totally frustrating. To top it off it look 8 days from the surveyor attending the property to us getting the report. Far to long and stressful. In a nutshell we wouldn’t use them again.

Made the whole experience stress free,
And not even had to have the day off work for my home valuation,
