Very easy site to navigate. Did not take long to order my prints.

I've used Pixum for many years,and now have a collection of photo books,they have all been exactly what I wanted, the quality is the best, I find their method and programme is easy to use, after my next trip I shall use their facilities again

Pixum is a very slow service, It has been over a week and my passport photos still haven't arrived, they keep it vague by saying "a few days" but I would expect better. I have had to get other photos printed in the meantime. Wouldn't recommend this service.

They advertise an offer "PIXUM-UK-50" then you can't redeem it when trying to check out - FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING - NOT A WAY TO GET NEW BUSINESS!!!

The worst website I've ever come across.
Spent ages sorting my order only to find when you click the place order button nothing happens.
Complete and utter waste of time.

A great experience! I ordered a bunch of photo prints with my phone, and Pixum didn't cut off any parts of the prints. I was so satisfied with the prints, that I ordered one of the photos in large as a canvas. It's BEAUTIFUL!

I received 120+ photos but unfortunately not the ones I ordered they're of someone's children's communion or wedding party.Obviously I don't want them,I've been charged £32 37 !!!!.I ordered the photos as a surprise gift for a friend who is returning to Australia on Monday,now it's too late.Please rectify,I would accept a voucher covering my cost,that I could use for more photos at a later date

I've bought several Photobooks from Pixum and always found them really good. The software is straightforward to use but like many things it needs to be explored thoroughly to get the best out of it. There's loads of options available for creating different styles & content for many applications. It's easy to save and return to your book as often as necessary & once an order is placed the book materials & packaging supplied are excellent. Delivery is also very quick so all in all I can highly recommend Pixum.

So i think this app was overall great. Good prints recieved. Easy to use.
The packing was lovely! Well packaged excellent quality envelope! Love it.

Ekstremt dårlig service fra det firma. Jeg bestiller et stort billede 80x60 samt en dyr ramme til ialt omkring små kr. 1.400. Første gang i mit liv, at jeg har brugt så mange på et billede, som betyder alt for mig, idet det er et fotolærred af vores afdøde islænder.
Jeg arbejder ihærdigt mange timer på billedet, og får endelig sendt billedet afsted. Da jeg under en time efter bestillingen opdager, at en tekstboks er gået ned i et af billederne, ringer jeg straks over og forsøger at få dem til at ændre ordren, men får den besked, at det er for sent...Nu SKAL jeg tage imod billedet og returnere det på egen regning, selvom billedet først er her mellem 5.-7. april ....og det er altså ret dyrt og besværligt at sende sådan et billede tilbage. Rigtig dårlig service, idet de blot kunne bede mig sende en ny kopi...istedet vælger firmaet at give mig en ekstra regning på en returnering. Aldrig det firma igen...

Lavede en bog gennem Pixum, for et familiemedlem.
Det er nemt og et godt program at bruge der er mange muligheder for at få bogen lige som man ønsker det.

Problemet kommer da jeg skal bestille den. Der kan jeg ikke få den til at godkende mit login.
Men jeg kan godt logge ind via hjemmesiden!

Efter et par samtaler med dem pr. telefon, sender de mig videre til teknisk support. Her finder jeg ud af, efter endnu engang at måtte forklare problemet, at kodeordet ikke må indeholde Æ,Ø og Å!

Hvorfor så ikke lukke af for denne mulighed når man opretter??
Og hvorfor vidste Kundeservice ikke at dette kunne være problemet??

I am really unhappy with the provided service, my package has not been delivered. It seems it was lost somewhere, company cannot provide information about the package. It is super hard to reach the customer service.

Hurtig levering og godt pakket ind. En hjemmeside som er god at navigere i og fint materiale

I had problems uploading 4 photo books, right before a 30% off deal finished at the end of March. I contacting customer services as 30% off the full cost of £600 I was pending was not insignificant! Customer Services responded within 24 hours of each of my (many) emails and kindly applied the 30% of each of the books as I ordered them, having paid the full price initially. I was delighted! The refunded discounts were paid within 7 days back onto my credit card. The books arrived within the 2-4 days they said they would, and met all my expectations!

I last used Pixum in 2014, so I must say I was surprised on coming onto Trust Pilot to see the poor experiences and reviews through 2015. All I can say is I think the must have improved, as my experience was excellent.

I ordered picture through the app and was unhappy with the varying sizes that arrived (I had ordered 6" x 4" but they didn't arrive like this)

After some disagreement with the customer service department they accepted that I had know way of knowing that they don't print to the size that you ask and rather to the size of the image you send (a bit weird because all the other photo companies I've used don't do this)

In the end, I got a full refund but it is taking some time the process.
