I recently ordered several pizzas from Pizza Hut Porirua for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful experience. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations. The pizzas were fresh, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. Excellent service—highly recommended!

Ordered online with credit card, pizza was delivered to the wrong house and by the time I recovered it an animal had already gnawed its way into the box and chewed the contents, as well as bugs getting into it and crawling over everything. Requested a refund, and that's where Pizza Hut's service agent got dodgy as ****, fishing for my main bank account details rather than refunding to the credit card that was used for the transaction. No way I'm ever using Pizza Hut again. Disappointing 'service' all 'round. Avoid Pizza Hut Lincoln Road in Henderson.

We ordered a BBQ beef and onion and a cheesy garlic as well as chips and a garlic bread, first of all the BBQ beef and onion is supposed to come with a mayo swirl that we were expecting as well as the BBQ swirl we ordered. And the chips were very low standard, all squashed and not crispy at all. Really poor service from New Plymouth Central Pizza Hut.

Very kind nice people very good pizza hut recommend this beautiful Pizza Hut come down when the sun is warm and the people are kind and you will get some delicious pizza this is one of the best pizza places in the whole entire Coromandel Peninsula

10/10 best pizza in Kawerau. Highly recommend.

Was excited to try the crustless pizza after looking at the tv ads but when it arrived i opened the box, soooo disappointed the crustless was not crustless the topping did not go to the edge in fact it was just like a normal pizza but more expensive. Flavour was good but maybe each shop should have the same training or sell these as still with crust. Disappointed

Shame on the new Te Kuiti Pizza Hut for selling thin base pizzas that had the thin base frozen and used again. We ordered 4 pizzas and one of then was the thicker regular base, which was nice. But, the 3 thin base pizzas where disgusting. Just lazy money pinching operators.

We ordered a pizza from Rangiora. Had to go through doordash to have it delivered
We were not very impressed that the delivery person did not knock or ring the door bell to let us know of the delivery. Consequently our pizza was not hot. If we didn't check at the door we would have been eating cold pizza. Surely they should have knocked on the door instead of just leaving it at the door.

Pizza was nice. Spreydon chch store had ants crawling everywhere. That shop needs a severe deep clean. Staff just don't care

Ordered pizza tonight it never came , poor customer service , poor attitude and still hungry and taken no responsiblility for delivery being failed , disgusting ...dissapointed will avoid in future 🤬

First of all : The app reverts to old information despite account info being updated and saved. This is the beginning of and the main reason for so many problems encountered by myself and I'm sure, other customers ordering from Pizza Hutt NZ.
Second , the attitudes of the employees of Pizza Hutt NZ , local (in store) and corporate (as part of the chain)that handles complaints. I have encountered belligerence and misunderstanding, incoherence and outright hostility ~ including being hung up on when questioning the Pizza Hutt local employees.
Gathering together the number of customer service complaints , forwarding them onto the next link in the chain I then encountered a complete glossing over of the entire complaint and got shunted straight to
: "I have reviewed your request and refund is refused. "
So zero accountability for the uselessness of the app , the conduct of the Pizza Hutt local employees was never addressed, and neither was the lack of response from the Pizza Hutt NZ complaints number , which I called at least twice in the same day, and have still not received a callback from.
HOW MUCH MONEY HAS PIZZA HUTT NZ STOLEN FROM US?? THAT IS THE QUESTION. AND THEY'RE DOING IT WITH THEIR EYES WIDE OPEN.

Ordered the 3 pizzas and 3 sides deal. Next to no toppings so tasted like white bread, paid for mayo to be added on top of one pizza and didn't get that order correct. Very very disappointing from Pizza Hut Bethlehem in Tauranga

We ordered the Americano with sourdough from Greymouth. Looked great but had to use a "microscope" to find the pepperoni, mushroom and cheese. Very disappointed. Will not order from them again.
