I am really disappointed as the items I ordered did not arrive and after emailing twice I have not yet had a response or a refund.

I needed the pink chocolate buttons in a hurry for a party cake I was making - they arrived on time.

I would Definatly use these guys. They had all the missing bits that I needed for my sons birthday party. The delivery time is also extremely helpful and so was the lady I spoke to on the phone regarding my order. Would recommend and Defiantly use them again!

Extremely fast efficient service!

Made a pineapple cake yesterday - the essence was good but quite weak. Made a strawberry cake today and the strawberry essence was very good indeed.

If it weren't for the wrong sized items then I would of given 5 stars but I had a cupcake delivery for a christening on Sunday and I received the wrong size boxes which made it hard to transport them :(

I'm making cupcakes for a baby shower so googled decorations and planet bake came up. There's a great selection of good quality products and the site is easy to use, I would recommend.

The sugar pearls are excellent I would recommend to buy, however I needed approx 800, and the bags are 50mg so I phoned the shop and asked approx how many sugar pearls in each bag?

I was told 100, so I brought 8 bags.

When they arrive I counted the amount in one bag and there was 500 sugar pearls so I have 6 bags too many (I will probably use them at some point) but instead of spending approx £5 I spent £19. The shop has had a very good sale!
