I'm so sorry you got the auto trigger to review before you received your items. As you ordered on 27th December we did have a message on the website which you selected the check box at the checkout to say you understood items would be sent after our Christmas break.
In hindsight I should have stopped these review requests going out to avoid responses like this.

Damaged goods received, minimal discount given.
Ordered a frying pan, it arrived damaged. A second replacement was sent - which was also damaged. The company only offered a 10% discount on the damaged pan, plus I had to use my personal time to return the first one, and they threatened with charging me for the first damaged one if it wasn’t returned. Poor experience.

Lovely company
They always respond quickly when emailed and nothing is too much trouble. I received a different item to what I ordered & after letting them know they sent me the correct one straight away and said to keep the other one so I was not inconvenienced!

Delivered on time
Delivered on time. Prices competitive. Compostible, paper garden sacks which were sturdy and didn't tear. Have already ordered from Plastic Freedom again!

It should be the norm
It should be the norm that packaging is as simplistic as possible, so it’s very much a noticeable when a company can safely deliver items with plastic free materials.
Purchasing was clear, delivery was swift, communication is easy so I’m very happy with the service I received. It was very fitting to the bags I bought.
