Always deliver on time, without any plastic packaging in sight and amazing customer service from Beth. She always goes the extra mile to help out and sort things if something goes wrong (which is rare!)

The company that I usually use to get my dog poo bags from is incredibly slow, so I would allow just over a week before anticipation of delivery. This time they were out of stock, so remembering that Plastic Freedom also sells their products, I ordered from there. Imagine my surprise when my ordered items arrived literally 3 days later! So for ease of order process and speed of delivery will continue to order from Plastic Freedom from here-on-in.

I liked my parcel a lot - everything I ordered. The only problem I had was with my very earth-friendly padded envelope, which surprised me by exploding out its soft messy innards all over my dark sweater. Please write instructions/warnings!

Plastic Freedom offers a great range of products and I often do a big order to get free delivery, I stock up on presents mostly. This way I can encourage others with lovely plastic-free gifts. I also benefit from the rewards system which makes a difference to affordability. I have enjoyed seeing the company grow (instagram) and love the personal touch
