I love the fact that this company are doing the best they can to reduce plastic waste and their delivery was very prompt. It will be better when the range increases.

I absolutely love this company! Their products are amazing, they are constantly updating their product list and finding new plastic free solutions. I live abroad and have never had any issues with delivery, and can’t find anything like them locally. I find the customer service excellent, responsive and always trying to help. I’m writing this review purely because this company has a wonderful ethos and they deserve our support. Doing their bit for the planet and truly nice people as well. Keep doing what you do guys. Wish there were more companies like you!

I am writing this review to say how wonderful everything has been that I’ve bought from plastic freedom. It’s really helped my journey to ditching single use plastic and being more eco friendly in all aspects of my life. I’ve even had impact on friends and family by introducing the site to them or buying them gifts from here. Beth and the team have always been so helpful with anything I’ve needed (including updating my shipping address once I placed an order to my old one) this is an amazing business run by great people, we need more business like this in the world for sure! Try some products out, start living a more sustainable life that’s good for you and the planet 🌎

Great products. Am very disappointed by the length of time it is taking to restock loose leaf tea but appreciate their may be delivery delays for raw ingredients. I really like the web site smd eill use it many times in the future. I gave up plastic 5 years ago and am still finding great new non plastic products I can use at a price I can afford.

Plastic Freedom was the first place I found when I first started my eco-living journey a few years ago. I love how the range is consistently growing and is always introducing me to new swaps that I wouldn’t have thought of. The customer service has always been 5* if I’ve had an issue. They’re always one of the first companies I’d recommend to people asking for suggestions!

Great business to order from with great ethics!

Long time customer of Plastic Freedom - use for many essentials like toothpaste tablets, paper tape and cleaning products. Also use for gifting, especially now they sell gin and Tony's Chocolonely! Had an item missed off an order once but quickly rectified once I emailed customer services. Really like the reward scheme too and have used the £4 off coupon many times. A fab northern business, would definitely recommend.

My go-to for plastic free products. Delivery is always really quick and love that all the packaging is plastic free too.
