Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a a product bought last year and they responded the same day to my email. They had a genuine and caring attitude about wanting to resolve my issue and I am very pleased with how things went. Will definitely head back to Plastic Freedom in the future.

I've ordered a few different things from Plastic Freedom over the last couple of years - ranging from their plastic-free tape to their cleaning products and beauty/skincare items. I've always had really positive experiences both with ordering/delivery and the products themselves.

Some items can be a little expensive, but given that everything is made to such a high quality and usually by local, small businesses, I really can't complain!

It's really handy to have a plastic-free option of almost anything you can think of in one place.

I will definitely be continuing to order/restock things as I continue making the transition to being completely plastic free! <3

The packaging was damaged and branded sleeve torn on the box it was a birthday present so was disappointed as it looked like a damaged goods purchase when paid full
price !
