Good price. Delivered on time and well packaged

Ordered 2sheets of polycarbonate on 15/3/26
Contacted the twice on the phone which was total waste of my time.
They didn’t even returned my call .Please don’t rely on Customer Service all they keep saying is will contact warehouse and that’s it.
I expect a total refund within the next 3 day or will contact my bank to reclaim monies owed.

This was my first time searching the net for cut to size plastic, i ordered 575x375 x3mm thick 1 piece and 330x312 x3mm 4 pieces, none of the 5 pieces i ordered met my size requirements, i have contacted plastic sheets via the “online ticket system” and supplied photo but as yet i have received no reply.

Good customer service. Order arrived one piece short, easily rectified.
All sheets received accurately cut and well packaged. Will use again.

Easy to order - quick efficient delivery - always kept informed about progress of delivery - made to measure plastic sheets for shed windows. I've measure a sample of the 32 sheets and appear to have been cut accurately in accordance with the measurements supplied

I ordered some perspex sheets to replace the shelf in my resin curing light, the flimsy original had warped beyond recognition!
What I received were cut to my exact requirements and in perfect condition.
Really reasonably priced and very prompt delivery.
As I've never purchased something like this before I was concerned that I would find the website and terminology confusing, I need not have worried, it was very straightforward and had clear images along side the descriptions.

Great people to talk to. The delivered acrylic shelf was packed very well over and above what I was expecting.

I ordered two replacement clear acrylic sheets, to replace sun and football damaged windows on our garden shed.
The replacements arrived promptly, and I must give top marks for the way they were wrapped and protected.
They were also precisely cut to the measurements I specified. So they were easy to fit into place.
Job done.
But no more football...!

Should have read google reviews before ordering…. A lot of similar problems I had. Order placed on 27th Feb 3026 paid almost half the cost of the sheet for a quicker delivery … promised a refund TWICE… no refund received. Either deliberate or stupidity. I have had to contact my bank to get the money back. A true case of buyer beware.

UPDATE: refund received today but why should it be so hard to get it sorted. One thing you say you have contacted me- ? When? Or do you mean I should contact you? I had intended to re-order once the credited had been received but I have little confidence or reason to believe that it would go better the second time round

Great website, great description of products. From order to arrival, I was taken care of. Hayley was great at answering questions, quick delivery & have returned as a repeat customer.

Perspex sheets are awesome perfect measure for me top quality,not much feedback on delivery but defo worth the wait.

A very poor experience, I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this company.
We ordered some test pieces of acrylic and glass.
Firstly, the order was not delivered on time, in fact it was delivered almost three weeks late.
Secondly, one item was missing from the order.
Thirdly, the glass that was delivered was either dangerously sharp (we paid for polished edges), or had a serial number etched onto it, making them useless for our requirements.
Fourthly, the customer service is abysmal. They either don't answer the phone at all or if they do, they just seem to tell you what you want to hear but nothing actually seems to happen.
We definitely won't be using them again!
I'd also advise people to check on who else they use, as this company seems to operate under more than one name, such as Wanna Ltd.
