I have been waiting for my order for over a week and a half. The order was placed on March 4th and was supposed to be delivered on March 9th. Then the delivery date was changed to March 11th, later to March 13th, and now it has been postponed again to March 17th.

This is honestly unacceptable and feels like a joke. Constantly changing the delivery date without properly fulfilling the order shows a lack of professionalism and respect for the customer.

Because of this experience, I cannot recommend buying from this warehouse.

Ordered bespoke perspex sheet, arrived 5 weeks late and scratched, was offered a partial refund of £50 on 18/12/25 which was accepted by myself. I am still waiting for the refund to arrive despite numerous phone calls and emails, from the first point of ordering to present time I have been given excuse after excuse, emails not responded to and phone calls not returned.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company, once they have your money customer service goes out the window, they simply don't care! It has been one massive headache over a simple order.
They have basically lied every time I have contacted them.

Very reasonable prices and very quick turnaround. I ordered two sections of plastic which arrived in perfect condition and exactly to size. Also very re-assuring to know that they are very responsive when trying to contact them.

I recently ordered from PlasticSheets and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. My order (Ref: 12000296788) arrived quickly, was well packaged, and the quality of the plastic sheet was excellent.

Everything was cut accurately and exactly as described, which made the job I was working on much easier. The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was prompt with great communication along the way.

7 day delivery time quoted - 3 weeks later I still can't get hold of anyone and nothing has been delivered.

I wouldn't trust a thing these people say.

Placed an order on the 27th of Feb and paid the RIDICULOUS express delivery fee for a Scheduled delivery 4th of March as stated on their website

No order delivered since the 4th of March, i've called this company every other day " ohh we'll send you the tracking number". I've asked for a refund, no refund and then these scams have stopped picking up my call!!

These guys are the best the quality of finish is second to none would recommend to anyone.

I will never be ordering from this company again. Not sure why they offer express delivery, when there is nothing express about it. I only wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Customer service is shocking, each time I made contact and was told there would be a reply, the reply simply never came. Once I spoke to them about their reviews on Trustpilot, their response was "Well most of them are not real orders". Oh, and then I was told "Well we do have up to 30 days to send your order out" - Well don't offer express delivery then, say it will be within 30 days - set realistic expectations. Considering my experience with them, I can validate that their service is shocking. Never will I order from this company again. Never experienced a company with such lapse customer service.

Good product,as advertised did what I wanted. Very well packed and the delivery driver was friendly and polite. What more can you ask.

The sheeting arrived as expected. It is good quality and cut to the right size that I specified. The delivery man was polite, courteous and efficient.

I was looking to replace my tired looking wooden shelves in my kitchen cupboards. I have internal light in in the cupboards but it only highlighted the top shelf.
By replacing them with clear plastic shelves the whole cupboard is now highlighted and my little trinkets can be seen very clearly.
Delighted with my purchase, very good quality and reasonably priced.
Would highly recommend.

I have ordered twice from Plastic sheets both times my order has arrived well packaged and complete.
The sizes that I ordered were spot on and the blue protector intact.
I would have given five stars but unfortunately there was a delay in delivery and I had to chase my order apart from that very happy.

Very poor , ordered a shelf that was cut to size arrived scratched, was replaced free of charge but second shelf also arrived scratched, have emailed and phoned customer services for a refund but had no reply from email , won't be using again and certainly would not recommend to anyone I know

Great product, and excellent customer service, with are really easy to use web page.

Instead of the approximate 7-10 days delivery window my order, despite chasing, arrived almost a month later. And then when it did, the glass was cut to the wrong size. I asked for the correct size to be sent and I was ignored.

Order did not arrive

Wanted to cancel the order once i know it wasnt going to arrive in time. I had to constantly chase the delivery. No calls or emails back as promissed.

Refused a refund

I will never use this company again and i wouldnt recomend this company.
