Orgasms Gauranteed!

Amazing quality items. Deb is an absolute pleasure to deal with. A level of customer service that is hard to find these days. Website is bright, fun & easy to navigate. Plain packaging is a plus, with young children I don’t need my packages to scream ‘sex toys inside’. The Orgasm gaurantee is 100% real. Love the pleasure box

10/10 would recommend!!

Although there was a hiccup with a wrong product initially being sent, the customer service team were quick to fix the issue and send the correct product. They were extremely apologetic and ended up allowing me to keep the original sent product as an apology!! Never had another company do that before. 10/10 would recommend

An honest mistake...

I purchased an item from Pleasure Box. It stopped working. I emailed Pleasure Box for advice on how to fix it or even to see if it was still under warranty (8 months). I received no reply at all. I ended up contacting the manufacturer overseas who put me in touch with the local distributor and they replaced free of charge.

I was contacted by The Pleasure Box after my review, and I do believe that my message not being read by them was an honest mistake, these things do happen. They were ever so kind enough to send me free of charge the same item I had already purchased as a gesture of good will. This has restored my faith in this company and will purchase from them again in the future.

Nooooooo! I don't know what happened for me not to receive your email but there's no excuse for letting you down so badly. You should have received an email back within 24 hours asking for a video to show the fault (so I didn't need to play with a used toy myself). I then would have arranged a replacement to be sent straight away.

I'm so very, very sorry to have let you down.
