We ordered a plotter printer and it arrived the very next day with free delivery included. The advisor I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful and followed up with an email listing the printers that best suited our needs.

They dispatch fast and deliver next…
They dispatch fast and deliver next day, however in my experience the delivery company consistently deliver to the wrong address.
This last order i actually added on the address, dont deliver to farm yard, deliver to the house. The yard is owned by someone else it is not part of our address.
The last two orders i have not received, that is 5 rolls of 180gsm matte roll in total gone, however on my previous order before the last, i mentioned this to plot it and asked for a replacemnt if which i did not get, so i wont be buying from thease lot again. Shame as i liked there rolls, which is good quality.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered 2 boxes of tracing paper, they supplied one and advised the other was out of stock and they would deliver the other when in stock, which was fine as we had 1 box. They then followed up with an email and asked if I would like a substitute, I was happy with the substitute. What made the difference was I didn't have to follow this up, they came to me, I appreciated the effort in a time when you are usually stuck on sites with a bot, repeating yourself over and over, the personal touch goes a long way.

Our customers demand the best - so we use the best.
Never any issues with Plot It. For those looking for large format printers / consummables, save your time and just go here. We have used them for over a decade without any problems at all.
Fast - usually next day - delivery, excellent customer comms and probably the lowest prices you'll find for the products offered.
Best in the business - and it's not even close.
