When an order is nearly £900.00 I expect the person delivering the goods to at least press the reception buzzer to let us know there is a delivery instead of just leaving the goods just inside the front door.

Hi Jamie, we're sorry to hear this. You've placed many orders over the years with us, and I'm sure this is the only time this has happened. Normally we deliver to you on our vehicle, but suspect this time it was courier. We will investigate further, and hopefully next time it will be Scot your normal driver.

I asked for/ordered Cannon paper but received an alternative make which is "Compatible with Cannon"

Hi Dave, we've checked your order, and at checkout, you selected an alternative item which gave you an additional roll per box.
As such, you were dispatched 8 rolls instead of 6. We are more than happy to swap out for you if you'd prefer the branded product, which is always in stock.
UPDATE 03/07 -- We have followed up with this customer, who was happy with the additional 2 rolls included on this bundle and is also happy with the quality. Hopefully, we can see an uplift of the 3 star review.

next day delivery isn’t next day
Waited in all day for printer which had left DX at 9.30am for it to arrive at 5.30pm I live 10min from there depot Don’t give us tracking and not expect the customer to be unhappy waiting 8hours I ordered online on Saturday 26th not knowing they are closed weekends so all in all not a great start.but a fantastic price
