The waiting time for phones to be answered is way too long and sometimes the phone hangs up then you have to go through the process all over again

All advisors that dealt with me were excellent, i think ones name was yousaf, i cant remember the others i wish i remembered there name but they need their flowers. Calm, professional and polite people made my insurance hunt easy and quick. I really hope i stay with these guys in the future.

Easy from start to finish
Easy from start to finish, no pressure, the agent did what he said he would do at each stage and never put me under pressure to act quickly. Not the cheapest quote but I felt confident I was making the right decision

Apart from phone call repeatedly “breaking up”, the change over was smooth. Was bit surprised at the £83 increase for an identical car replacing the previous one
