I am absolutely impressed with the Polisport customer service. I received a Polisport Groovy child seat as a gift, but the shoulder pads were missing. I contacted their support via email, and even though I didn't have the original receipt, they were incredibly kind and helpful.

They are sending me the replacement parts to Munich, Germany, completely free of charge! Special thanks to Adriely for the quick and professional communication. It’s rare to find such a high level of goodwill and customer care these days. I can highly recommend Polisport products!

I bought the polisport Expandable mudguards as they looked great and promised a lot. They were a pain to fit and they do not expand without a real struggle. Before fitting I noticed that a piece on the rear mudguard was missing- not a great start, however I did not require this part when fitting. I don't really think these are a good buy and would not recommend. I could have paid less for a lot more.
