We are sorry to hear you have been having a problem with Fedex delivering your order on our behalf. We can assure you your order did get produced/despatched earlier than the expected delivery date of 3rd March. Unfortunately any problems the carrier has been having trying to delivery to yourself has not to flagged up to us, so we can only apologies for this. We have tried to telephone you to discuss in detail but you were not available so we have left a message and sent you an email detailing what we have found out tracking your order, we have asked in the email a convenient time to call you to discuss further.
