Great customer service!
Needed some replacement feather flag poles for work, and despite the original flags being sourced from elsewhere the team instructed me on what measurements to take, and then cross-referenced these with their own product, with a reassurance that should they be wrong they would take any unused items back.

We have just tried to telephone you to discuss your review, we have looked at your order and can see that all items were delivered on 22nd February, the consignment was split by the carriers we use which unfortunately is out of our control but showing both deliveries on the same day the first @ 8.14am and the remainder of the order @ 12.29pm, our colleague also informed you of this via email.
If you can please advise a convenient time to call you back to discuss further.

They sent out the wrong order 4 times and each time ignored us for weeks and multiple emails and phone calls. We have started using another company now. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS - THEY’RE A JOKE

Quick, efficient and good quality
It was very simple to put together what I wanted, the proofs came quickly and the actual product was delivered in good time despite being ordered over the Christmas season.
