Posted my item last Thursday in their prepaid postage bag which is guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following day. Didn't hear anything back, so on Saturday I emailed them with a photo of my proof of postage & I still haven't heard anything from them.

Straightforward and fair
Sending my items was very easy and the whole process was quick and simple. My only issue was that I was not able to increase the insurance at the Post Office, but luckily it didn't matter. Payment was super fast and very fair.

Wow!
Wow. I truly wasn‘t expecting it to be this easy. Within less than 24 hours after sending the package, I had a phone call and just a few hours after that, the money was in my bank account. I paid £22 for extra insurance and that was refunded to me. It’s not often to be pleasantly surprised these days but this level of service more than made my week! Thank you.

Pack sent out within 2 days.
The form that is enclosed in the pack is mostly filled out and you just need to add your bank details and how many items you have enclosed.
Take your completed pack to the post office (the hardest part of the whole transaction!) and wait for the call telling you how much you're getting. I've always received the call the day after I've returned my pack and as I've always requested the money be deposited direct into my bank account, I've always received the money the day after I've returned my pack too - just brilliant!
