Pack sent out within 2 days.
The form that is enclosed in the pack is mostly filled out and you just need to add your bank details and how many items you have enclosed.
Take your completed pack to the post office (the hardest part of the whole transaction!) and wait for the call telling you how much you're getting. I've always received the call the day after I've returned my pack and as I've always requested the money be deposited direct into my bank account, I've always received the money the day after I've returned my pack too - just brilliant!

Very impressive
I was really pleased with how quickly and smoothly the whole transaction went. I received the pre-paid bag very quickly and I got a call from the company the day after they got my jewellery. I was offered a lot more than I expected which was great and the money was in my account within 2 hours. Very impressive.
