Brilliant experience from start to finish. I weighed the gold I had and saw that it would be worth around £1300 but I wasn’t sure that it was all real or what carat it was. I posted it all anyway using the free postal bag they send you and it arrived within 24hours. I received a call the same day offering me £1326 and the money was in my account within an hour of the call.

Sent 190g of silver to this company. The going rate was £1.00 to £1.25 so expected £190 as a minimum was offered £150, £40 less than the minimum price. We weren’t desperate to sell to be ripped off. Lots of companies out there so use another one that don’t rip you off. Still waiting for the items to be returned

Avoid this company at all cost. Had genuine diamond ear-rings valued at £850 by 2 reputable jewellers. Sent them to this company who rang to say they were cubic zirconia and offered me £20!! I was angry & disgusted that a company would have the audacity to cheat customers out of money for their genuine possessions. I had them returned as I had been warned about companies like this but the experience only confirmed this.

Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor — I was not contacted within the stated timeframe and had to chase for updates. The valuation provided was significantly below market value, particularly given the 10 items were predominantly 22K gold. Overall, the service did not match what was advertised.

Absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Was clearing out my jewellery boxes and found a few scrap bits and bobs of 9ct and 18 ct gold, my friend told me about selling through here and ill be honest I was a bit nervous sending it once I got my pack even though it was insured.
Took it to post office at 4pm, the next day about 2pm got a call a day an offer of £780 i was gobsmacked as was thinking id be happy with about £600. Agreed to price gave the lady my bank account and sort code and had the money by 4pm.
24 hour turn around and great buying price.
I'd recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of cashing in your scrap.

After I had received the pack and sent off the jewellery that i had to be quite honest i wasnt expecting anything i was offered £60 which is a little bit more than what i was thinking anyway but it will help.
