We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of prepared clay bodies, ceramic materials, glazes, tools, equipment, machinery and kilns. We have two well stocked showrooms at our site in Etruria, where you can browse to your heart's content. For more in-depth advice, our experienced technical consultant is available to speak with by prior arrangement on certain weekdays. Highly popular pottery classes hosted by Wedgwood master potter, Jon French, are held here at Potclays each week. Sarah at Potclays was extremely helpful in making sure we got our urgent order for a specialist clay and enabled our student to complete her work in time for her end of year show. The sales and customer service team are always responsive when we have any questions or need a large order faster than usual.

Buying a kiln for the first time
I've just purchased my first kiln and wheel from Potclays, and they couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The willingness to spend time with me and share their extensive collective knowledge was impressive and the passion for ceramics infectious! I spent time with James the boss, Ken the technical engineer and Gemma on reception; what a team!

Great customer service
Really great prices and good quality products. Shipping is super fast if you choose fed-ex at checkout too.
There was a mis-packing in my order (I was sent a wrong glaze by mistake) but customer service were amazing, apologetic, and sorted it very fast! They even let me keep the incorrect glaze and sent my original one next day delivery. (Thank you Sarah!). A brilliant company and I'll definitely order again.

I've shopped around and the prices are excellent! The responses to question are quick and the shipping is super fast. I dont have anything negative to say about Potclays except that i wish they had a store here in Norway :-)

Potclays are so helpful
I've always found Potclays to always go above and beyond with their technical knowledge and sales support. Gemma really sorted my urgent exam glaze order out today and the students were extremely grateful. Potclays always have the answers, would highly recommend.

Love Potclays! As a visitor to London I sometimes have to cut my trips short. Had reached out to customer service and they were able to ship out my order and I was able to receive it the next day. Great service
Great service from start to finish. Fast delivery and goods were all intact. The delivery box was a little battered but all the contents were fine luckily. The guy delivering was carrying 25kg under his arm so to be expected. I was kept informed of the order from ordering to the final delivery. Top notch service. Thank you 😊
