Warning! Do not pay these scammers if you receive a penalty charge notice. They operate faulty machines which even if you attempt to enter your full reg will prevent you doing so. We parked in Mevagissey in Cornwall and left the car park well before our ticket expired, I still received a penalty charge notice for £100 because the session expired. From similar experiences, you will receive a few aggressive reminders to pay but eventually they will desist. If they ever did take anyone to court, which is highly unlikely, their company would be exposed for the scam it is. If you fall foul of these vultures please report them to Trading Standards. I would give them -5 stars if it was an option.

I bought a ticket for the Hope cove car park in Devon, left before it expired, BUT because when my daughter entered the reg of the car, she didn't put ALL the reg in by MISTAKE, ive had a £60 letter.
So I appealed I even still had the ticket which shows I PAID and they STILL fine me!!!!
Really, mistakes happen but we actually DID PAY!!!

Was over the time allowed by 42 minutes (my fault which I admitted - not sur ewhy it happened) but received a £60 fine. I think this was excessive so offered £30 as my error. Told constantly there was no evidence of payment. I sent my bank statement to prove I had paid (for an hour). I assume I made a mistake putting correct reg in but very bright sunny day and couldnt see the screen clearly so my second error (however I have an Irish number plate so pretty obvious which car was mine.
Lost appeal surprisingly so gone to BW Legal who have raised it to £170. Not sure whether to pay or fight. Prefer to fight as this is simply extortion/theft as no justification for such high charges but do not want car clamped then charged £400 to remove.
Have written to Plymouth City Council to report them and encourage them to revoke their license and others should do the same.

Parked in one of their car parks in Devon, paid the full fee, left on time, then got a £100 'fine' for 'breach of contract'!. Apparently I hadn't entered my registration number completely in the parking machine. See them in court.

To anyone who gets a ticket from these donuts. They must follow BPA rules giving a 10-minute grace period, do make yourself familiar with BPA rules as they may save you. DO NOT PAY THE TICKET INSTANTLY, their evidence will not hold up in court if they even proceed to do so as it will be more expensive than to get £100 off you. Find as much about the company as they are simple clowns playing on time and impatience or fear from whom they try to fine. Worst that can happen you lose £40 more to the first penalty of £60.

They do not follow legalities and force out fear to receive money. Do everything out of moral rights to not pay and get them shut down.

they are taking fine to all of us parking, even for only drop luggage in an adjenct public road

This company are scammers we paid £5 to park the had to pay £60 fine or £100 if you don’t pay you can’t appeal there is no one to contact number I tried web site but I couldn’t get on it or they will not let you get on it
We will never use car park again I feel sorry for holiday makers it doesn’t paint a good picture for them to get home then get a fine it looks like they fine those that have paid all the time

Doesn't matter if you pay, they'll still fine you for £100. Then when you appeal, they'll deny it, and they won't send you the verification number (as they should), so you'll have to call them and get charged 7p per minute... and of course, no one is going to answer.

Same as others have said DO NOT use there car parks. As for there service they dont answer calls, e mails. They didnt even accept my letter with cheque that was sent registered post. Stay well clear of this despicable company. You have been warned!!!

Awful company, cash grabbers

PCN was issued. I paid £60.00 by cheque about two weeks ago. So far no response to my emails as cheque hasn't been cashed.
This morning I spoke to someone on 01895713136 and according to my experience their staff need retraining on customer service.
Maybe 1 star is justified.

I was trying to download the ringo app so that I could pay for my parking and could not get a signal to do do probably due to the weather/cloud conditions, After 25 minutes of tryi g I then left the parking and informed SOHA who have offices next to PPS parking that I could not get parking therefore will not make the meeting at their offices which I was to attend. I am 73 years old and do not tryto break the law and in this instance I paid £4.50 through pps.zatappeal.com as reference on PPS document but a week later I recieved a letter saying the appeal was turned down. This is without any doubt another money spin for the company. Sure there was a sign at the entrance but I parked with the good intention of paying for my parking once the app was downloaded. How sad society and big companies like PPS have become so inhumane to people. It make me feel like I am living in an era of rot.

This company is operating on the very edges of what the law allows, they are scamming filthy bandits using laws that are poorly written to make a living out of the poor victims the pray on. Filth...utter filth and no mistake.

Premier Parking Solutions appear to be little more than an extortion racket. They were paid to monitor a car park to ensure residents only use which is good however when our authorised pass fell from the window onto the floor Premier Parking Solutions issued a fine. We appealed and proved we had the authorised parking permit however Premier Parking Solutions totally ignored this. It transpires that their appeals process is owned by them so is not in any way independent. We will be looking to the landowner to have the contract with PPS stopped. PPS state they are professional, caring etc but in our experience their customer service has been abysmal. Do not use their internal review process as it is not independent, You could try using Resolver instead however I cannot verify how good they are but they have better reviews than PPS's so called independent appeals process

I was absolutely mortified when I received a parking fine.
I was in the jobcentre next door for 20 minutes. After having problems paying online, the security assistant in the jobcentre told me she had the app, so After confirming my car details she assured me that my parking was paid for.
I had no reason to doubt this act of kindness. If I had thought for one minute that it had not been paid, I would've parked elsewhere. To be charged £60 for 20 minutes is an absolute disgrace. How can they justify these charges?
£10 would have been an appropriate amount.
I did appeal, but it was a waste of time. They should be ashamed!

Parked in the car park opposite Didcot Railway Station a month ago. My RINGOO did not work, called the helpline and got a message saying they could not take payment, and sent me an SMS at the same time.
Got the notice dated 6 days after the invoice was raised, and received twelve days after that.
Appealed giving that information, and got the standard refusal by return.
Trying to appeal now via www.the IAS.org. Been trying for some days but I cannot get past the 'create an account' page, it keeps to defaulting to the start page.
Unable to contact either by phone, and the month has run out now., so I suppose I will have to pay.
Funny thing is I did exactly the same a week later, and haven't had an invoice. Ringoo still out of use on my phone, and the helpline still saying they can't take money and sending me an SMS saying so.
Trying to avoid using this place again, but the next car park run by a different company is nearly half a mile away.

Disgusted with this company. I purchased a ticket and entered correct reg number - only stayed for 45 mins (paid for 3 hours!) - they said it was invalid as it only printed first 3 characters of my reg number so how did they know time etc! I appealed - it was rejected as they said it was my error - it was not! It won't print a ticket unless you put a reg number in the machine - they also sent me their photos of my car entering & leaving car park with times - & they said they do not dispute that I paid but I did not comply with the rules!! I paid the £60 fine as we never win. Absolutely disgusted that companies like this keep getting away with it.

PPS ( Premier Parking Solutions ) sent me a PCN saying I hadnt paid.
I then obtained proof from my bank showing transaction. ( PPS lied )
They ( BW Legal/PPS )then said I put wrong REG number in machine which they tried to prove but couldnt. ( They Lied )
When I asked why they didnt send me a PCN for the following 4 days I remained there they said it was a gesture of goodwill. Ha Ha Ha
This company will try ANYTHING to persuade you to pay.
Pay the £35 to Small claims court for PPS wasting time and effort and thier Legal team ( BW Legal )very quickly jumps on the case. I didnt win the claim but its worth every penny as you then get a full paper trail of events which shows just how far they will go to get you to pay.
They no longer contact me and I never paid the PCN.

Sunny Corner parking site, Mevagissey.
DO NOT USE this parking site, others in Mevagissey ran by decent companies worthy of the trade. Attended to pay our respects as part of remembrance parade, as weather was so bad we decided to use this site as it closer to centoph (Sunday 12th November 2023)..my wife paid for ticket at machine which had no protective cover, having to rush due to heavy downpour she mistyped our registration. 2wks later received fine notication which we appealed a pure waste of time. Premier Parking Solution PPS (Mr Hunter) rejected our appeal for incorrect registration eventhough to was obvious we had actually bought a ticket...ended up £60 fine after threats of debt recovery if we failed to pay. Our parking fee of £2.40 was also pocketed set of criminals in truth ...This company has no morals or any consideration....please do not use this site only way to deter companies like this profiting on the backs of poor people...The site owners need to take some responsibility before this faceless, unscrupulous company make the parking site a no go area.
