Today I ticked off one of my bucket lists, finally owning my own Rolex watch. I dealt with Brad from Pragnell of Leicester and, I must say, these guys are without doubt at the top their game.
The showroom is immaculate and the knowledge Brad has is an achievement on its own. The whole shop, staff, and Brad made me feel like I was having the experience of a lifetime! I will always be humbled by today’s experience. Thank you guys and Brad!

I had an outstanding experience at Pragnell Leicester. Brad was incredibly helpful, keeping me informed throughout my last-minute request for a Rolex. He even held the watch for me, ensuring I had the option to walk away if I chose to—no pressure at all. Upon visiting the showroom, I also met Josh, who was equally fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. The team’s professionalism and dedication have certainly made me a repeat customer.

I visited The embassy by Pragnell on Saturday to choose a new watch with only a vague idea of what I was looking for. The lady who served me was extremely helpful and patient showing lots of watches and the various strap combinations.
I am most pleased with the choice I made and thought the service I received was excellent, so thank you to Mengdi.

Would not recommend this company.Inital call was very positive for the Stratford branch -we booked an appointment to have my husbands Patek valued with the view of selling it.
Husband turned up for the appointment. To be told no one available and they would take a photo and get back to him.Despite us having a booked appointment. After I called to complain they agreed to “let him back in” and sent the watch off for valuation.

Called to chase 8 days later as they told us 7-10 days for valuation. Was told on the phone it’s 6-8 weeks for valuation…… asked for a call back as not discussed. Got a call back an hour later to say they had the watch and were going to call in a week or so to tell me they were only interested in part ex- something we had explicitly told them we were not interested in.

Told them I (not my husband) would be collecting the watch today. Asked if I neeeded to bring anything was told no.
Collected today - the box is significantly damaged and I found the staff rude and dismissive. After a 20 minute wait I managed to get my watch back but with several comments made. Was told I couldn’t collect with out photo id. Not a problem as I had some with me but I had specifically asked this when I called and was told no.

The staff are rude and the Customer service is shocking. Visited another jewellery shop in Stratford and had a completely different experience.

I was attended to by Marc, a font of knowledge of horology.

He was extremely professional, attentive, and outstandingly courteous. I was given a tour of the recently refurbished showroom, which I must say looks and feels amazing.

I had been communicating with Marc for some time regarding my short list of potential Rolex models that my family wished to purchase for my 50th birthday.

It was an absolute pleasure to receive the call that a piece was available to purchase from my wish list.

The whole experience was an absolute pleasure, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Pragnell’s experience to all.

My Father & I recently purchased Rolex watches from Pragnell’s in Stratford Upon Avon. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and provided many different types of Rolex’s to try on.

The personalised attention we received made the experience feel special, not just a transaction. The store's inviting ambience added to our comfort as we browsed.

What made this experience extra memorable was that Sam managed to arrange for my Father and me to collect our Rolex’s together making it a truly, one in a lifetime Son & Father opportunity which will always be remembered.

Overall, our experience at Pragnell’s was exceptional, everyone we had contact with went above and beyond to make our watch buying journey memorable. Sam is a credit to the family business and we can only thank him again for this unforgettable experience.

Since my initial experience and review, I visited again in order to discuss and hopefully resolve the initial issues that I had raised.
Following the visit, I cannot fault the response by Pragnell and the staff at the Embassy, who have gone above and beyond to ensure that my service and experience was an extremely positive one.

We visited Pragnells at Stratford Upon Avon most recently, and where greeted with a friendly welcome from all their staff.
We were introduced to Daniel and he could not have been more helpful with my purchase of a time piece and his expertise in this field.
We would personally like to thank Daniel, and all the staff at Pragnells for making it a very special experience.

I was looking for a Rolex AD store to register my interest for purchasing my first iconic Rolex timepiece for myself. so as today I have visited the Pragnell jewellery store for the first time, that is located on Mount street in Mayfair.
I cannot speak highly enough about my experience.The store is absolutely stunning,classy and tastefully designed, yet remains cosy.The staff has given me a warm welcoming, very helpful and friendly experience.

I would like to say a special thank you to Sunil for the attention,his professionalism, friendly, helpful and attentive care that I have received from him today from start to finish. He not only have made the registration process very enjoyable but his knowledge of watches is truly outstanding and he went above and beyond by giving me an issue of Rolex magazine and even gave me a tour around the store, enlightened me about the Pragnell family's heritage in the business and briefly about the store's history. His dedication to the business and customers made me feel like I'm the most important customer at the moment.

I have just collected my Rolex watch after having a service. The whole experience from arranging the service to collecting it was professional, friendly and without stress. The assessment of my watch and the works required was clear and concise and the quotation was also specific and detailed. I was pleased to find that all the works would be carried out in-house meaning that my watch would be returned more quickly than if it was send abroad, which had been my previous experience. In less than a month I had the call to say my watch was ready. As promised, on collection my watch looked like it did the I day purchased it. The whole experience was excellent. Thank you to the Pragnell's team for the their care and attention and especially Brad, who went the extra mile.

Absolutely terrible. Bought a watch online and had it confirmed with email. After 4 days I chase to find out on delivery and get told they sold it to someone else. Brilliant customer service!!!!!

I recently made my first watch purchase with Pragnell and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I drove 400 miles from Scotland to Stratford-upon-Avon, and it was certainly worth the journey. Sam Parcell was the colleague I dealt with throughout, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had promptly.

When I visited the showroom, Sam took his time to address all my queries and demonstrated an exceptional knowledge of watches and their history. He knew every detail about the different models in the range and helped me understand the unique features of each one. The service in the showroom was amazing, and I was truly blown away by the level of care and attention I received. Sam went above and beyond to a point I felt valued and it never felt like a simple transactional process where i turn up, buy a watch and leave.

I've purchased 2 watches and 2 diamond rings from Pragnell, Mayfair. The store is beautiful and Emma B has been a delight to deal with over a number of years. When making such extravagant purchases, especially diamonds, you need to trust your jeweller 100% and that is certainly the case with Pragnell.

Bought watch from Pragnell, service throughout was first class and product was of highest quality along with even the packaging it came in, a great service and company whom I would highly recommend to others and would definitely use in the future, quality and first class service throughout
