Allows placing ads but the site has no reach and they leave pending ads unapproved indefinitely. I have two that have been sitting there for a week pending for no reason. They don't even respond to customer support queries, so there's that.

Adverts still not approved after six days. Four emails were ignored. Dreadful customer service. Does anyone actually work there?!
**I supplied the requested details to ‘resolve’ this matter but they never bothered to contact me**

I have used preloved in the past only last year and this year I have put an advert on a few weeks ago and says awaiting review I have since re paid my membership thinking maybe that will rush the review and no nothing still and have since cancelled my subscription which I would like a refund for . I have emailed several email addresses gone through all the contact procedures and not one reply!!
I think people need to avoid using preloved as obviously not like it used to be . If someone could take the time to refund my subscription that would be great or maybe even a reply!

I should not need to provide my username as I have sent endless messages via your contact form. Stephen can you provide either a telephone number I can call to speak to Customer Service or an email address??? Please note my previous 5 star review but in the last 2 years there has been nothing but problems and no replies from Customer Services
Customer service does not exist ! am likely to get a reply to comment ........

I'd leave no stars but it won't allow me to. I was told about this site by a friend. Well, it took me several attempts to make an account, once I had and tried creating a listing as I have puppies for sale. It wouldn't allow me to create a post. I tried several more times before writing a review and each time the site won't allow me to create a listing. So I have found other sites to sell them on.
If you are wanting to sell anything, THERE are plenty of better selling sites.

Horrible people I placed an ad 4 days ago to re-home a little dog they didn't even bother to put it live it was declined for no reason their went out with stone age. Avoid like the plaige

Cancelled subscription, ads never go live after weeks of waiting and they do not respond to messages for help regarding this. They will reply saying they've sent a request for further info via trust pilot but they don't. I'm convinced the site is no longer actively monitored, they just continue to take peoples money for a service they are not providing.

IAds are old The newest ad as of today is 13 days old. 5 emails to customer support, ALL ignored, it's not the first time this as happened took my money for a service that you can't supply I'm sick of keep trying to see if the new advertisements have been listed

Stay away from this site … It’s absolutely pointless you search for new adverts and it brings up adverts from 100 days ago …. Can’t even do the basics anymore … Been a member for 21 years …. Not anymore. SHOCKING

I’m not interested in your response it literally means nothing because you don’t do anything about it you just want to look like your dealing with the issue when your not so don’t bother .. Your taking money for a service that is not fit for purpose it should be illegal to do that.

Ads are old and not being refreshed. The newest ad as of today is 8 days old. 3 emails to customer support, ALL ignored, maybe they will respond on a visible forum???

I had been a member for years but of late the site has become a scam by the website company! Renewed my membership, submitted several ads which they claim are live but in fact they are not?
I have messaged multiple times over a month now asking what is wrong and why my advertisements is not live, but the customer service apparently does not exist anymore! Have even request my membership money refunded as they are not providing the service. Again deadly silence from them.
Have checked with contacts in other parts of UK and they are experiencing the same treatment!
This company is now scamming and effectively taking membership monies and no longer providing a service. Shame as it used to be an excellent marketplace.
So beware and avoid.

Trustpilot does not have anywhere for me to reply to Stephen /Preloved so I have AGAIN sent a message (directed at Stephen) on the preloved site! My account name is Pandora, acct is live silver membership since 2008! So let’s see if you respond or not as preloved is still not uploading any advertisements I have! To date no response to past messages for help!

8Jun 2026 and still no response from Preloved to my messages or from this Steven who responded below!
The insult is that today I get an automated email from preloved stating it’s 14 days and I need to update my live adds ? None of my adds are live thanks to the useless non customer service still ignoring customers! Checked with my friend down south and exact same situation with preloved ignoring her messages about the situation.
Since they do not care about bad reviews or providing customer support I will now seek assistance from Resolver to escalate this issue and maybe get someone at top of preloved food chain to sort this out or refund my membership money as they don’t seem to be operating an marketplace platform anymore!

Ad submitted weeks ago for a litter of animals - still waiting for it to be approved!
All but one have sold elsewhere in the meantime! Have contacted preloved three times through their (only) contact form to see what's going on - havent recieved a response! Preloved used to be the bees knees for pet ads. Im sad about it.

Absolutely appalling! I paid for silver membership and have done so for a number of years. I've placed an ad and it doesn't appear on the website. No one bothers to reply to emails asking for assistance, you just get ignored. I have emailed at least four times with no response. Their help info drives you nuts because it goes around in circles and doesn't help at all. There seems to be no way to have a conversation so I'm about to cancel my membership!

Despite emailing Preloved many times regarding message corruption issues, so impossible to see responses without random text characters, Preloved staff haven't responded and simply don't answer my concerns. Will have to stop using this service - a week later now and nothing has been done to fix the massive problem with garbled characters in messages - i suppose Preloved don't care at all

I've been a member of Preloved for 16 years, and over the last few years the service has got progressively worse: My current "beef" is that it's over a week since I submitted an advert and it's still not been approved and Customer services ignore emails as to why it's taking so long, and how to cancel my subscription.

The Service provided by Preloved is appalling and not fit for purpose. This Service has rapidly declined since I first used Preloved some 13 Years ago. I have complained several times to Preloved regarding this atrocious Service but have never received a response. Preloved have now responded here but have failed to respond to the numerous emails sent to them. Repeat this Service is NOT Fit for Purpose I have never seen a business customer service decline so rapidly over a thirteen year period. Where as their Competitors Services has improved considerably over this same period of time. I submitted TWO New Adverts to Preloved well over ONE WEEK ago and these Adverts are still waiting to be reviewed by Preloved themselves and consequently have NOT gone live after well over ONE Week. What an Abysmal Service this is. I am still waiting for My Adverts to be reviewed from 9th May to 27 May This Service is absolutely atrocious absolutely appalling. Failed to Respond to Emails sent to Preloved during this Period.

I have been a premium member since 2022. Preloved used to be excellent, however I have recently tried to place an advert(dirst in about 2-3 years), and just could not get it beyond pending review. I checked multiple times to be certain that the ad conformed to all rules, it did. I contacted Pre-Loved some 4-5 times to enquire as to what the problem was with my ad and/or why it was taling so long to be approved. Absolutely zero response from customer service. If they have not posted it within the next day I am just going to cancel my membership. It seems to be now little more than a defunct wesite that takes peoples money and delivers nothing...essentially, the definition of an online scam! If you are considering joining Preloved, BEWARE. If you feel you have to join them, do NOT get a paid membership, you will not receive anything for it. This is my first review on Trustpilot that has received less that 4 stars. I rate Preloved now at ONE STAR...if I could give them what they gave me in return form taking my money...I would say ZERO STARS. AVOID.

I used preloved for years, i used preloved alot for selling but recently, within the last few months, none of my adverts get approved, one advert took 2 months to be approved! I have emailed multiple times with no response, searched for a customer services number to no avail. I am also a paying member and feel like I'm been totally ignored, really not happy with their service and I will not be paying for my membership this year! Super unhappy customer

12 days to contact new ads? 12 days? No wonder they have a 3 rating.

Buyer beware, my account has not worked since paying over 3 weeks ago, the Preloved team contacted me once! Once in 3 weeks. To tell me its my fault but to reactivate it they need my passport photo ID.

I dont think so, i dont trust you with my £6 and am correct in that, you arent having my data as well.

It takes over a week for pending adverts to get approved, by which time you no longer have the thing you advertised lol website is way too slow. I have messaged 3 times via my account with them, no reply, and I have checked my emails/spam just in case.
