Priceless? What is this mysterious word?

Today I received an email from Mastercard Priceless informing me, "We're sorry to see you go," and that my account has been deleted. I'd like to know what I missed: during my "priceless" experience, which concerts, shows, and theater performances could I have attended with the "priceless" option? To be honest, I didn't notice anything!

Scrivo per segnalare l'eccessiva lentezza del circuito Mastercard nella gestione di uno storno effettuato il 2 febbraio. Nonostante il venditore abbia regolarmente emesso il rimborso e la somma sia visibile nel mio saldo contabile su Poste Italiane, i fondi risultano ancora "non disponibili" dopo 11 giorni.
Dall'assistenza bancaria mi è stato confermato che il ritardo dipende esclusivamente dal circuito Mastercard, che non ha ancora inviato il flusso di sblocco definitivo. È inaccettabile che nel 2026 un utente debba attendere oltre due settimane per rientrare in possesso del proprio denaro a causa di tempistiche tecniche obsolete. Spero che questa segnalazione serva a velocizzare la pratica.

‘First-Come’ by Claim, Arbitrary in Practice: Mastercard’s Fragmented Enrollment Process Questioned

On 23 October 2025 at 10:01 AM, I received an invitation from Mastercard Travel & Lifestyle to attend a Bang & Olufsen experience, explicitly instructing registration via a designated WhatsApp link. I complied within 26 minutes. A staff member later acknowledged my registration and promised an update by 3:00 PM that day. No update was provided. Only after I followed up the next morning was I told the event was fully booked and that I could be placed on a waitlist, without any disclosure of queue position, event capacity, or applicant numbers.

Mastercard maintains that participants were selected on a “first-come, first-served” basis, yet has admitted that registrations were taken across three unlinked channels—WhatsApp, email, and telephone. Without a centralized system with synchronized time-stamping, it is technically impossible to determine who applied first. The claim is therefore not merely questionable, but unverifiable. This contradiction is compounded by the invitation itself, which designated WhatsApp as the official enrollment channel, making the inclusion of email and telephone entries a direct breach of the stated process.

When these substantive issues were raised, Mastercard did not address them. Instead, it attempted to deflect the complaint by offering an unrelated Bang & Olufsen experience that bore no resemblance to the event originally advertised. After I rejected this inadequate substitute, Mastercard requested a phone discussion, to which I immediately agreed. No call ever took place.

This pattern—procedural contradiction, followed by deflection, and ultimately silence—raises serious concerns about governance, transparency, and good-faith complaint handling. More than three months later, the matter remains unresolved.

Beloofde pre-sale onvindbaar en slechte klantenservice.

Wederom is de beloofde pre-sale niet beschikbaar op het moment dat die online zou gaan [Graspop metal meeting tickets]. Bel ik de klantenservice [nummer op de priceless site] met de vraag waar ik de tickets online kan vinden en krijg ik een gebrekkig Engels pratende vrouw aan de lijn die vervolgens al mijn inloggegevens én creditcard gegevens vraagt "om me te kunnen helpen". Meteen opgehangen en gemaild. "Binnen 3 werkdagen nemen we contact met je op". Nou, dan is de pre-sale al voorbij en de reguliere verkoop begonnen. Ronduit waardeloos en het voelde erg als phishing aan.

*** Update: via mailen met Graspop alsnog de link ontvangen. Priceless mailde dat het vragen naar alle gegevens -inclusief creditcardnummer- in het standaard hulp proces hoort. In een tijd van phishing echter m.i. een tricky iets.... ***

No experience and No Refund

I placed my Priceless experience in December for January. I reached out before asking for confirmation and was assured it was escalated. No response. The date came and went. It is now 3 weeks later and still no refund, response, or assistance. Absolutely terrible experience and I will never use Priceless again.

Trying to buy tickets for Albert Hall.
Priceless comes up asking for credit card details before I even know what seat I want or if I can even afford it!
With all the scamming going on, I’m not giving anyone my details before I chosen anything.
No not for me, and I think a lot of people won’t trust this!!

Automatic cashback - an unfulfilled promise

In my case, Mastercard Premium Collection is a big lie. I registered my mastercard platinum card, I made at least 2 purchases that were part of the launched program and I'm still waiting for the automatic cashback. Moreover, communication with mastercard is null. The only answer received is the automatic one, which promises a solution in 2-3 working days. 2 months have passed since then. I would be interested in how the communication with Mastercard proceeds in case of fraud.
