ZERO customer service
I purchased my first mobility scooter and contacted Pride Mobility via email with a warranty question.
Sadly to date, I have not received a reply! I was informed by my local mobility store that Pride mobility scooters are very good, but given my experience in their ZERO customer service, it makes me wonder whether I ought to have gone with a different company.
When the time comes for me to purchase a new mobility scooter, I will most probably not be purchasing another Pride scooter.
Would appear that Pride only care about sales and not their customer service/after sales!

If you expect service after the sale do not buy anything from Pride Mobility.
On 7-15-20 I emailed a question as to replacement key. As of 7-23 no answer yet after 13 emails. They are very slow to respond and when they do you are dealing with people with very poor quality educations. I still have no answer.
