This has been my first dealing with Printerbase. They had the best price for a Canon Pro 310 which I ordered on 01/11/26. On the 2nd Nov I had a call from Martin who explained that the reason for his call was to ensure I was buying the most appropriate printer for my needs. This is something that no other supplier has done in all my years of online purchasing. He impressed me with his knowledge of my current printer and the one I had ordered. He pointed out that they aimed to be a 'one stop shop' for all my printing needs and would always ensure best prices. He advised me that my order would arrive the following day (today 03 Nov) which it did. Not only was the ordering experience a breeze but the lowest price in the country and the excellence of customer communication can't be beaten. If you are in the market for your first printer or a replacement then I would strongly suggest you look nowhere else. I can not praise the company's ethics nor Martin's customer care sufficiently. Well done Printerbase !!!

Website was easy - ordered and had guaranteed delivery the next day. Received a call about our order and then also a follow up email to check that all okay.

Martin at Printerbase was very helpful throughout my purchase process. However, the Royal Mail delivery was atrocious and regrettably let the Prinetrbase team down. It was sat in local Royal Mail distribution centre going nowhere for 5 days if you include the weekend, as it arrived there at 3.15 AM on the Saturday. Next day delivery was included. If you are reading this please be aware that I have no issue with the service from Printerbase and would recommend them.

So I bought 3 in 1 laser Canon MF664CDW. I need it to help with my studies when I'm off work. I normally buy all my equipment from Amazon for the ease of returning and customer support. My wife found Printerbase and we ordered from them. Before they even dispatched it I had a call from Martin asking about my printing needs, usage, etc. At first I thought it was just another upselling tactic but Martin also talked me through the printer itself and ensured I got the right model to save both of us the hustle or returning and replacing. He offered help on the phone and via email anytime and within couple of days I had my hands on the best printer I ever used in my 40+ years. Few weeks later I had another courtesy call from Martin to make sure I was happy with the product. He even asked how was my studying going. This is what I call a good old fashion customer service, personal and making you feel valued. We don't get that anymore nowadays. In most cases and most sellers just take your money and couldn't care less what happens next. I don't know much about this company by Martin is a good asset to those guys. If I was building a new business I would hire people like Martin to a good start. Any future needs, toners, etc - I will definitely use these guys again. Highly recommended.

Good customer service and nice people to talk to. Just one thing ....sometimes the tech savvy people I talk to seem to think I understand techy terms. I really would not be insulted if you simplified your language as much as possible. Rather that than my not be able to get up and running with my printer.

Fantastic end to end customer service, and a big thank you to Steve who dealt with my Q’s, and subsequent order with kindness and efficiency. Epsom printer arrived super fast via a courier who arrived on time, and hand delivered. All of this knocks spots of Amazon, and printer was cheaper too. What’s not to like ! Dealing with the company was a pleasure from start to finish. I called to ask about a new printer that would be compatible with my new laptop - many do not work with Snapdragon. The lady i spoke to was very helpful and suggested I try a particular printer but she could not guarantee it would work. I Purchased the printer and found it did not have full functionality so I called to return it a few days later and there was no issue. I would certainly use this company again when I need a new printer!

I was in need of a new printer so I looked online and Printerbase had the one I was after at the best price! It arrived quickly which was great!
I also received a phone call from them to go over my order and if I needed help with anything! Delighted with the service I received and would highly recommend them.

Excellent. After purchasing online I was phoned up to discuss my order including additional ink cartridges. It turned out I didn't need one of them so I was refunded the cost.

Was looking to replace my Canon PIXMA 5750 printer which had been reliable for many years but had finally come to its end! Found a great replacement Canon TS8750, does everything I need and was a great price. Thank you Printerbase for the swift delivery as well 😀

Cons:
They deliberately delayed dispatch until they claimed that "they could telephone me to ensure that the printer I was ordering was actually suitable for my needs... oh and by the way, would you like some more ink, paper, recurring order of either/both?"

Repeatedly since then, and again moments ago, well over a month since purchasing, I've received YET another phone call to "check I'm happy with the printer..."

Yes, customer care/support is great, but this is nothing but a ruse to up/sell me something else, which if I wanted at all, I know how to get in touch with them and ask for.

On this lastest call, I asked (politely!) the guy on the other end to remove from their contacts list due to excessive contact. He says "but I've only called you twice"! I pointed out that so had other members of his team!..

Let's hope they take the hint! Any further calls and I shall take this down to 1 star due to nuisance/unwanted calling.
