This is the second time I've ordered from Printerland and have found on both occasions that they have provided an incredibly fast and efficient service. The first order was for a laser printer and the second a toner cartridge. The website is very easy to use and offers an excellent choice of products which are competitively priced. Very impressed with Printerland's product knowledge and helpful advice when I needed to get away from a Canon ink printer (which, as a result of irregular use, was constantly drying up and costing me new ink) and was researching a possible Laser printer which would prevent that. Had exchanges with them as to the issues and what I needed in a printer & comparing models and advice re a Xero Laser printer (for home use) I order the Xerox B.315. Ordering was quick & easy and it arrived really quick, well packed delivered personally to my door, as per tracking. The order was personally followed up to check all was well with delivery and the printer. So far so good! I rarely order anything online preferring to see items "in the flesh" but can highly recommend this Company as so helpful & polite - and never any sales pitch or push. I feel I can contact them should I have any issues or need advice in the future. From my personal experience I can highly recommend Printerland to anyone seeking a printer by a Company who certainly seem to know their stuff as well as how to take care of their customers! The recent order I placed for a printer cartridge was delivered first thing the next day. The website was easy to navigate. I bought my printer for a new business through Printerland on recommendation in July of this year and have been impressed with the service. I was contacted before my printer order was confirmed, just to make sure it was okay not to have the feature of double sided scanning - something I would not have thought to check. Super friendly staff and due to an issue with delivery of the printer (down to the third party courier), customer service took ownership of the issue and kept me informed and in the loop - I seem to recall that it was a chap called John (I think!) - so helpful. I will be using and recommending Printerland going forward. Thank you.

I approached Printerland because I was looking for a replacement for my Brother A3 printer ((J6930) which was beginning to fail. I tried contacting sales and a helpful person recommended that I replace it with an Epson printer, so I went back to the website and compared the Epson with 3 similar Brother models, which was very easy to do. The comparison seemed very comprehensive and the 'price per page' information was particularly useful. A clear winner from my point of view was the J6975, so I placed an order and it arrived without incident the following day.

The website was super easy to use and the choices available were perfect for us. We are a small youth focussed charity with a printer that had died and needed a really good but rapid replacement. Printerland ticked all the boxes and our new printer arrived quickly, on time, well packed and easy to set up.
