Courier failure
Courier left card and did not check rear of house where I was working. Their on-line response locked me out and said the parcel was dispatched and would not let me in on subsequent days. Ended up driving to their depot and picking up the parcel.
One of the six cartridges was 5 months past its best-by date. A phone call to Printzone assured me that this did not matter.
