We are committed to operating in a completely ethical manner. Our goal is happy satisfied customers who receive the goods they need at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. We have tens of thousands of customers, large and small, both business and private, who already buy from us, from all areas of New Zealand and all age groups. Whow super quick

Whow super quick! Placed the order in Tauranga at 2pm one day and it was on our doorstep at 7.30am the next! Thank you Printzone!

Packaging could be better

I ordered new cartridges for my printer. Prices are good and shipping was fast, however the packaging was far from ideal, as the cartridge boxes were very deformed. Thankfully it didn't affect the cartridge itself, but it did have me quite worried when I saw it.

Awesome service

Awesome service, I ordered a toner cartridge at 2300 hrs on a Friday night , it arrived first thing Tuesday morning.
Thank you, I won't hesitate to recomend your company for good pricing and fast service.
Keep up the sterling work.

The package was addressed to no one.

You delivered the right stuff in good time, no problems there, but you did not include my name anywhere on the package or on the invoice inside the package. Our receptionist opened the package and very nearly sent the package right back to you when my name wasn't even on the invoice, but fortunately rang you first to find out who the package was for. She should not have had to this.
