Bought a jacket, It wasn't in stock. They offered some alternatives, which weren't in stock. Then they refunded my money but only after I inquired when the chosen alternative would be sent after a week of waiting. Very professional!

Online service is a disaster
Online service is a disaster. Shame as the products are excellent. Two orders. One on 29/12 still hasn’t shipped on 29/1. Multiple emails not answered. I had to dispute with my bank. Other order same day, shipped wrong item. Stay away from online or order via a trusted company like Mr Porter who has their products

Excellent garments and customer…
Excellent garments and customer service. It's lovely to be able to visit the factory shop and try clothing that was literally made a stone's throw away. The quality, fit and finish on the clothes are great. This is not fast fashion, rather classic British tailoring brought up to date by PWVC. They are investment pieces but still relatively accessible and definitely worth it considering the quality of construction.

Horrible service
Great products – but horrible service. DON'T ORDER ONLINE!!!
Ordered product 29/7 got order confirmation same day. As of today, the 19/8 the order is still not shipped, my creditcard has been charged already more than a week ago (which is total no-go before shipping the product) and customer service are not replying to several emails. Obviously, customer service is broken and I fear the company is never going top ship my product or refund.

Qualitly British made coats.
Ordered the Harrington coat online in navy. Came really quickly & perfectly packaged. I really liked it but thought I'd prefer the black. I emailed to exchange & it was no problem. I was in Manchester & asked if I could call in the shop to exchange. The shop is great & you can see the factory. Sophia couldn't be more helpful & I tried a few coats on. I didn't get the security guys name but he was a top bloke too. Will defiantly visit again. Quality British products.

got a twin track jacket at xmas, it is now the best item in my wardrobe - always get comments when i'm wearing it.
the quality is amazing.
reading on their website everything is made in britain... a rarity in this day & age - let's support our boys & buy british.
will defo shop there again (providing i can afford it!)
