My job doesn't cover birth control so I was looking for a way to purchase it without a lot of hassle. Then I found PRJKT Ruby and have been using them for the last few years and they have been wonderful!

I have been using PRJKT Ruby for years and love the service, convenience, and social impact of the company! I highly recommend!

Love them. I thinknive been with them for at least 3 years. I've never had any problems!

EDIT: They eventually managed to get my freaking order to me instead of a random address in another state that says DO NOT MAIL [why would anyone write that over my address that I specified and then send it there, anyway? really egregious behavior] so I foolishly decided to give them another chance and... unfortunately not changing my review, they peformed even worse the second time and I'm switching to Nurx or something now. The very rude male representative treated me like garbage and cancelled my order with a comment that implies my account is no longer able to make orders, in fact, so I guess I'm being punished by a petty little boy for daring to have a single issue with his clearly infallible company (eyeroll). Then again, I expected this kind of service from "UpScriptHealth", something that didn't even appear on the site until this year and upon research is incredibly shady and has issues delivering peoples' medicines so I'm not giving them my money anymore. Seriously take your money somewhere other than this giant exercise in frustration. The doctors/NPs are very kind people but the reps and parent corporation(s) are clearly NOT! ---

Used this service for years and then in 2021 it completely fails me. After having to try several times to get my annual consultation done because of some e-nonense "audio visit" some limp bureaucrat invented this year, they ship my prescription to a completely wrong address [it said "shipped" in... Utah]. I go to the website and see an address in... Arizona [like honestly what even, two different locations now?] on the order that wasn't there before. I live in California, so wait that's three different addresses somehow involved in my order... so I call and am told that there's a "note" on my account that I'm not allowed to have it reshipped and all they can do is refund me. The rep on the phone was nice and helpful but this really sucks because I've been off my pills for a week now and looking at even more delay. Acting like it was my fault that some rep or pharmacist screwed up the address I submitted somewhere down the line is a real slap in the face, especially when all I'm trying to get is harmless freaking birth control, not opium or some controlled substance bs... This is a pathetic ending to what used to be a great service, really disappointed. 0 stars

Very easy and convenient when you need birth control and no health insurance. Ships fast and discretely. It’s $60 for 3 months worth of pills. Automatic billing so you won’t forget! Nothing but great things to say!

Convenient way to get birth control, but has literally the WORST website I have ever used. Barely functional on a computer, and don’t even ATTEMPT to use it on a phone or tablet, unless you enjoy being furious.

I love the ease and having my birth control delivered to my door. And since I do not have insurance, it is a much cheaper option than having to see a prescribing physician once a year.No insurance needed, prescribers based on your area, and tons of selections of different birth control to help you find the best choice for you. And the cost is similar to getting generic brands from an in person pharmacy (without insurance).
