Friendly patient staff who were able to answer all my questions. Gave good advice to make correct purchase. Nice to get your purchased wrapped up makes it feel just that bit more expensive.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
Wanted some advice on the different materials that the baking trays were made from. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and a joy to talk with.
