Very helpful staff members over 2 days of research and then purchasing. So far, wonderful products too, although we haven’t used everything yet

When I got home I checked the chopping board and it was 'used'.
There were knife marks all over the back of it. They despatched a replacement immediately. Cannot fault that for customer service.

The lady (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) was very helpful as I didn’t realise that you could buy the knives individually instead of in the block as I only wanted vegetable knives it can work out more expensive but it’s better than having a draw full of knives you don’t need

The product is good with the added bonus of a lid. I would have preferred a slightly bigger bowl but the next one in the range was too big.

Always spotlessly clean, staff always so polite and friendly, vast selection to choose from, and always a pleasant visit to the Bishop’s Stortford store

Bishops Stortford ProCook store is a clean well designed store,I located the saucepans I was looking for and a member of staff was helpful but not pushy.It was good to see and handle the products.I purchased a set of saucepans for my new induction hob.

Customer service it was really bad, the seller was on his own and say to us we were to much trouble because we exchange a £20 gift for £195 cook pan set and we part with cash and part with card.
